Having dealt with Answer4U in the past, after I started at a new company and we experienced downtime with our phone lines, I rang Answer4U and got through to Charlotte who was able to help us out in a matter of minutes, we had an account setup, script created and divert number available to us. They also provide a web portal for you to go in and customise the script and opening hours of your business which allowed us to update our message to clients throughout our downtime, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company if your looking for a telephone answering service.
