Holliday lights are decent and festive for a night out. Ice rink was cool idea but difficult to skate on because the ice is not well cared for. But for $3/kids skate rentals the kids still had fun.

In a sentence: probably a cool place but we will never know because the people culture is brutal... Twilight Zone.

Arrived in a cab and were unsure where to go (big place!). There were 5 pretendaCOPs standing in a group oddly disinterested in my wife and I. Their body language when we asked was arrogantly dismissive and the direction bordering on useless. Finding our way to the ticket counter we experienced what many reviews describe: indifference bordering on rude. They were closing early for a light show. I interacted with 4 other employees, wondering about purchasing the beer everyone was walking around enjoying.... asking what else we might do in the neighborhood, and all but one person (who was new that day) were indifferent bordering on rude. I wouldn't have thought this was a teachable behaviour, but Anheiser Busch seems to have mastered the mentoring. I pity these young folks as life seldom rewards arrogant indifference.

Did the Beermaster tour. Very worth it. A little pricey on the first look but for the amount of stuff you get worth it. We got a glass and a hat but the amount of beer you get makes it. We also got a discount at the gift shop. Seeing the different processes for making the beer was cool. Sean, our tour guide, was great. Funny, quick with a comeback, and was very knowledgable. It was $35 and around 2 and a half hours. Very cool.

Don t put your belongings in your back pocket. My sons phone was pic pocketed by a employee of Anheuser Busch. He found the employee in a back room with his phone after using tracking device on his gf phone. He didn t receive a apology from anyone at the facility. He served eight years for this country to come home and have his phone stolen in the USA. Pay your employee more so they don t have to steal from your customers. My friends and family will never come back. Thanks for the welcome back to America tour.

We have done the free tour several times, taking family members who have been visiting Missouri and it's been a hit every time. During the tour you get a free sample and at the end you get a free beer of your choosing from the beer garden (those 21 and older), but if you're lucky, you'll get a tour guide who grabs a handful of extra beer tokens and will ask you trivia questions at the end for an additional free drink, so pay attention!

Let me start by saying that I have never been a big fan of Budweiser beer, I was looking forward for the trip though. The trip was very high level, I was expecting a more intimate look at the process, was looking forward to sample some worts. I can understand why they would not do it, however some videos of the process would have been nice. Having said that, free 16 ounce beer at the end of the tour was an nice surprise.

I have toured all the big breweries and by far this is the best. Beautiful campus. Will get to see some clydesdales too! In town with the kids? they will have a great time as well, trust me. And of course free samples at the end. Best time of year to go I would say is december when it is decorated for the holidays. Cubs suck, go Cards!

Very big. Neat to see all the different beer that they craft there. If your wanting to do a tour show up early we came at 330 just to find out all yours were sold out. Sad really wanted to do the tour.

It's a no-brainer for tourists.

It's a no-brainer for tourists.
The tour is free. You learn a lot. They have clydesdales and a dalmatian and a beer sample. Then at the end, you get a full size beer (Cidre on tap for me). How is this even a question? Go!

Thought it would be interesting to see a big beer manufacturing process. But the tour was not worth the cheap beer they serve at the end. Without paying $15 or more all you get to see are a basement secondary fermentation room and the main Brewhouse and the stables. The tour guides didn't know any factual information about the process of brewing or the facility itself. Pretty disappointing, and petty of a beer giant to be so chincy with their tour. Fortunately, St Louis has many other fine proin establishments that offer more in depth tours of their facility, not to mention a far superior product.

I have been to a lot of brewery tours over the years, and the free tour was just ok. Coors has a self-guided tour with more information that I was kind of expecting. I wish I had gotten a more historical tour. There is only one complimentary pour at the end, but that's good enough for me.

It's the original Anheuser-Busch factory, so definitely check it out! Here's what the free tour gets you:
- Seeing the horses
- Seeing where they carbonate the beer
- About a third of a pour and hearing how beer is made
- Seeing where the wort is made
- Some trivia as we walked
- The beirgarden (with one complimentary pour)

Amazing architecture, awesome tour, and great beer. When we went the guide was exceptional and we did not get to see the Clydesdales, but we still enjoyed the tour. At the end they give you a free beer! If you go during the summer, there are some rooms that are extremely hot.

Before heading to the Free Bud Light Brewery Tour ...

Before heading to the Free Bud Light Brewery Tour at Anheuser Busch Brewery, I hopped in for lunch at the Biergarten. Quickly placed the order to the friendly waitress, I didn t want to be late to the tour. School House Chicken Wrap was what I ordered, & I opted for a house made chips.

Delicious fresh burst of flavours neatly wrapped around well cooked chicken pieces, & the layers of cheese, lettuce, & tomatoes. Right potion, neat size, priced right, topped with excellent service.

I must mention, loved the sweet potato fries on the side, one of the best I have ever had in recent times.

Since it is a brewery, they do help you pair your food with the right beer or cocktail, cheers.

This is a must go tour in St. Louis. The tour is a little over an hour and it has a few beer tasting. You get to see the horses, the stables are better than 5 star hotels. Then you tour the entire brewery and get the history behind the beer. Then you can enjoy a free beer at the end. Awesome tour.

A historic facility! A wide variety of tours are available -- depending on your time and interest, there's one that's perfect for the casual tourist or the beer afficianado. Perfect way to spend a couple of hours or the whole afternoon. The beer garden is a great way to finish your tour. Fresh Budwieser is refreshing!

Home of the historic, landmark school house which one served as world headquarters for Anheuser-Busch, Inc., the St. Louis brewery is rooted deeply in the saga that is American suds. Founded prior to prohibition, it's legacy includes the early beginnings with Clydesdales pulling carts of Budweiser, the smart business plans to survive prohibition while others crumbled. It's constant competitive process to deliver quality, fresh beer has helped them remain one of the top producers of top selling brands.

The tour has many choices. While all are worth it, even the free one, I recommend going all out for a special tour with in depth and interactive experiences.

The architecture of the brewery is pretty cool, but the complimentary tour isn't very extensive (I guess that's why it's complimentary). I did enjoy seeing the world-famous Budweiser Clydesdales. They offer free samples at the end of the tour, so I might come back after I turn 21.

Brewery Tour was part beer, part american history lesson. Fantastic experience to take the brew master tour. Guides are very well versed in company history and the different uses for all the buildings on campus.

The tour was nice. It only gets two stars because of the people at the customer service desk. We have never been here before. So, we were asking questions about the tours and what each one features and the differences between them. They all need to be fired. They could not work for me. They acted as if it was a big inconvenience to answer our questions. No smiles. Just the look of... Being bothered. We started to walk out and leave, but we were on vacation so we tried not to let it bother is... But it did.

We recently went on the brewery tour and it was a mixed experience. The tour was very informative and overall worth the $10 per person for the 75 minute tour. The gift shop has a lot of cool stuff. The downside was that some employees were friendly but others gave off that vibe like "oh great another group, move along". It was also disappointing that they did not have a bigger variety during the samplings. There are three opportunities during the tour we were on for samples. One was just Bud or Bud Light. The other two were Bud and Bud Light with one additional beer offering. We are at the brewery and you would think that this would be a great opportunity to showcase multiple beers for potential future sales. I guess not. It is a fun experience if you have not been before but they don't really give you a reason to come back.
