Grounds are beautiful...our tour was hurried, for no observable reason; not crowded. We paid $15 each; should have opted for free tour, which they really don't advertise. Gift shop absurdly overpriced. Lots to read, but again, we were rushed. Tour ended rather abruptly, cleverly dumping you into beer garden, hoping you spend more money on food and beer. Tour guide seemed disinterested, or burnt out.
Learned alot! Love this place and the staff is incredible!!!
Always a classic experience working with the wonderful team.
Wasn't able to go on the beer master tour like i wanted, however the resturaunt more than made up for it. It was very delicious and i would eat there again any day, just next time I'll get there earlier so I can do the tour. Ha
Great atmosphere. Tour guides are great and just an amazing place to check out
Best beer tour I've ever been on! Totally worth it. Go on the beer masters tour, you'll be happy you did.
Really neat tour and beer garden area. We spent the day relaxing and seeing the sights.
Loved touring the brewery and learning about making of beer. They were very knowledgeable and experienced.
The plant is beautiful and immaculate and massive. It is fascinating, the samples are really just icing on the cake for this production guy. Wow! Highly recommend if you have interest in history, beer, production or Clydesdale horses. Oh and I love the smell of hops and malt.
We rolled the dice and showed up about 915 and got tickets to the first day fresh tour at 1015. Quickly the next available was for the 1115 and shortly after it went to the noon time. So unless you plan ahead and order online arrive early.
The tour was good we had our two young boys with us and they liked seeing the grounds, horses, packaging plant and others. The samples were of bud light and heavy at the end they had goose ipas and another cider. For the $30 for the 4 of us to learn the history and an experience it was great. We walked away with sunnies for the boys and day fresh beer for us.
Overall I recommend if you have 2 hours to take the tour and see what it's all about. They do have a small restaurant so after the tour you can stay around and grab other beers and food.
I just wish they wouldn't have killed off the Budlight Knight so I could get more use out of my costume. #DillyDilly
Waste of time. Walk in tours are sold out without notice and no way to reserve online or find out if you will be accommodated. Ruined the schedule for our whole day because of a terrible lack of communication.
Great place to visit especially for the Christmas lights. Parking is limited so be prepared to walk. I little walk is well worth the experience.
We went to see the lights show. It was pretty fun. Would love to go back for a tour and too see the Clydesdale horses. Still fun.
We have done the free tour, the mid-price tour, and the beermaster tour. All three are unique. Highly recommend the beermaster tour for a more intimate setting.
This was my first visit, and we went for the October fest. I really enjoyed the tour, the weather was beautiful and we got to see several buildings. I love all the old architecture and history. The tour was free, and the staff was very friendly. We got to try a couple ice cold beers. The pretzels and bratwurst were excellent too!
The tour guides were fun and made the your interestong
Awesome totally enjoyed the tour and seeing the famous Clydesdale horses
It wasn't open when I stopped by in July, but judging from the outside I already like it.
Note that they "Close at 5PM", but the last free tour of the day is at 5PM.
Their day Tour is awesome! we got an explanation of how they make the beer from start to finish, the differences between Bud Light and Budweiser, a tour of the packaging facility and all the various Brands underneath the Anheuser-Busch umbrella, and then a great time at the Biergarten!
Super wonderful evening! Clydesdales, lights, ice skating, s'mores, and more!
Loved this place! Saw the Clydesdale horses. One was just outside the door when we left. Got great pics. Enjoyed the brewery tour and biergarten. Very fun!
An absolute must visit! Seeing the facility and learning the history and processes was quite educational. The maintenance and cleanliness of the plant was quite astounding!
Tour is great and free beer is better! :) stop you won't be disappointed!
If you are a tourist, you'll be happy; HOWEVER, if you are a driver picking up/delivering a load, be prepared for a miserable experience. Your worst day stuck at a grocery warehouse has NOTHING on this place. You no longer have to go inside and stand by your loading door. NOW, you dock and turn OFF your engine and WAIT in your truck. The flies are awful, it's 95 degrees, the loaders stop/start (except for the dropped trailers with no human beings attached, those were moving in/out). You will be in the dock for every bit of two hours. Bring water and a fan. Oh, and no one has a clue what's going on with your load and there is no number to call. And no free beer.
Great time here. Spring the $10 for the longer tour. It's worth it. Parking can be a challenge. We made about 4 loops around the parking lot before we were able to find a spot so be patient.
Awesome tour guide and the Budweiser brewery tour is free! Takes about 45 minutes and involves about 5 blocks of walking inside and out
My grandparents owned the Northmoore Inn across the street when I was born. It was my first home and I would love to see it again.
Me and my girlfriend did the horse and heritage tour. This was pretty cool. She loves horses so this was right up her alley. She got to pet one and take pictures with him. Very unique tour.
The tours are pretty cool!
Just a warning, unless something has changed since I last went on the free tour, the $10 tour's only bonus is a tour of the bottling line and the day fresh beer. It's worth it to get the beer to try it, but the tour explanations aren't very clear.
Pretty cool tour to go through and even better that it's free. Kind of sweet to see the animals used in the commercials. The free beer after is a plus too!
Really great tour if you re a Budweiser fan or if you just want to see their famous Clydesdale horses. The free one is fairly short at only 45 minutes but they do take you to the stables and through a few parts along the brewing and bottling process. If you re still not convinced, you get free beer during the tour and after.
Went here with my sister a couple of weeks ago. I have been before but I have to say this was the best tour! Our instructor answered every question asked in detail! Asked us a few trivia questions along the way and gave out extra beer chips for correct answers! Also the lights were up and they are beautiful! I will definitely be back for the light show! Great experience!
I had a great time, beautiful lights, good drinks, great for family time.
Plots to learn. Great staff, and food. Got 2 free beers out of it.
The free tour is kinda nice...they take pride in their business and image and I applaud that. My first attempt there, I was too late for the tour, but had dinner at the biergarten...not bad and the waitress was friendly. Today, I enjoyed the tour and free beer never hurts, but I asked to be seated for dinner and was, but was completely ignored for 30 min. I finally just walked out and went down to Tucker's Place for dinner...I refuse to beg for service. I would have given 2 stars, had I not had such a pleasant experience last night!
There is no reason for the truck to have a full tank of fuel for a short run to Louisville KY. When the tanks are full you can not scale. A half tank or 3/4 is sufficient. This makes no sense. Your workers are not the ones who have to go across scales or pay for fuel. I'm done with Anheuser Busch
Tour is very fun, would have loved it more if it wasn't SO cold! Beer samples help :)
We just finished a tour that was led by Will and Allison; we loved every minute of it. The tour alone was so informative and interesting! Allison stayed 15 minutes after the tour to tell us all about St. Louis and the things that we need to try on our vacation! She told us what restaurants, bars, and sights to visit and really helped guide our vacation!
Had a ball today. Brandon was our beer master tour guide and he was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and was a ball of energy. Best two hours. It was definitely worth it
I took the tour it sucked. I expected to actually see how they make the beer, but all they do is take you to this little room and tell you what they put in it. It's not worth the time to go
Brewery is gigantic. Amazing how much beer they make every day. Check it out, learn a little history, what do u got to lose. It's free
Did someone say free beer? The general tour at the Anheuser-Busch factory gives you just that. A free tasting size of either Budweiser or Bud light, and then a full size pour at the end. You don t have to like (even though they taste delicious) Bud light or Budweiser to enjoy this tour. The free option is great if you want to do something in about 40 minutes. However, there are other more extensive tour options (these tours cost a small fee). Very thing to do with friends or family visiting. Even as a local the tour is still fun to partake in, and did I mention free beer! After the tour sit back and enjoy a bite to eat or grab another drink in the Biergarten.
Nice free tour. Good way to spend an hour. Nice architecture around the facility.
The free tour is great. It's amazing to see the sheer scale of production that Anheuser is able to achieve. There is some interesting history thrown in as well. Plus, you can't beat free beer.
Checked out the Brewery Lights, it was a freeroaming experience except for the line to see the Clydesdales.
Only getting two stars due to the visitor parking lot is too small
Scam credit union owned by Anheuser-Busch they funded a predatory loan and made promises they couldn t keep and blamed it all on Chris who passed away while he was working with me and never finished the poor mans work then. *mike tornatore* took over made a bunch of promises and led me on for months well guess what don t wright checks your behind can t cash absolutely the worse experience ever run from this scam credit union they helped dean team Volvo finance a deadly takata airbag car and just all around a bad lender there s plenty of other credit unions who care not run and hide and make false promises and they will let any one call and have a tot your account information without authorization tisk tisk here s a one star review you all earned it R.I.P Chris sorry they wouldn t finish your work and sorry to your family for sending those messages after you passed I had no clue if the credit union actually cared I wouldn t of done that!!! be sure to shop your rates with any of the top credit unions they lie and say the customer comes first but there profits do!!! I m pretty sure mike was the shady dealers contact a called in a favor just to screw us over and instead of being a man there lawyer advised them just to shun me after they told me they where going to do something for me!!!! Not to mention they talked to me about my wife s account without her consent or verification which is shady business practices and they should not be discussing things with out verification from my wife I could of Ben any one how do u explain that one !!!
Had a work event here and they catered. Some how the staff said all the food has been cooked or made with beer. I asked if they had anything that didn't have beer init. They did not. I felt very disappointed by this.
Security and Shipping Enploers was races and mintaly sick,
Free beer on tours and the Beer school totally worth the trip.
Great tour but the free tour probably your best bet.
Nice brewery tour. Took the free one. The lunch place was good.
You might like to have someone monitor the washing/cleaning process conducted of your Trolly's by Scrubby, Inc....You may find out they are doing a very poor job by not using any soap nor cleaning interiors properly.
The free tours are great. Interesting history, cool sights to see, learn about the brewing process and have some free beer!
I went there several times, always a great place to be in
This is one of the greatest experiences! Beautiful place. I am now a big Anheuser fan! What a great company, amazing what all they do. Super people here, friendly, great experience. Go on a tour! Try some fresh beer! We are so blessed to have this near to us. AB Fan for life!
It was great to see the old buildings that are still in use and the barn was amazing. Our tour guide was great and the information presented was interesting. We did the brew master tour, I am not at all a beer drinker but I had a blast.
We did the Complimentary Brewery tour, its kid friendly and you get to see the glysdales and view parts of the brewery and you get free beer so that's already a 5 star worthy tour. Parking at the Plant is free and their Is a nice gift shop and cafe and beer garden inside to grab some more brews and food after. It's a must if you're vacationing St Louis or even if it's just on your way.
So glad we did the Brew Master Tour! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and everything ran extremely smooth. The best part was drinking bud light straight from the finishing tank! You get three free beers on this tour! Fantastic selection in the gift shop. The beer garden was beautiful and had plentiful seating available. While sitting out there we got a free sample from the brew master for a "quality check" which they do every day at the same time. Much appreciated! Seeing the Clydesdale horses was a big deal for me! Learning so much about the history of Anheuser-Busch was a lot of fun! Highly recommend doing the tour!
Love the tour, changed since we were on it last, food was great in the biergarten, will definitely be back
Fun free tours, you'll get to see horses and dogs and drink beers.
Budweiser beer never tasted so great . What a amazing place to visit and cold fresh beer with hot sizzling appetizers. The outdoor seating , fresh beer sampling was amazing. A little souvenir shop inside is also very nice and other products produced by Budweiser like barbeque sauce for grill. Parking can be little tight here though.
Great place to visit while in St Louis. The free tour was excellent and appreciated the free beer at the end. Highly recommend if you are in the area.
Great free tour featuring beautiful, historic architecture housing state of the art brewing equipment and of course, two free drinks. The first is one (good sized) sample of Bud or Bud light fresh off the line and the other one at the end is a drink of your choice from a huge selection. The tour guide we had was both very entertaining and informative. We paid $5 extra for the schoolhouse museum and it was worth it one time, but probably wouldn't pay for it again. We ended up eating lunch at the biergarten restaurant and it was surprisingly good as well.
Even if you are not a beer drinking, this museum is a great piece of American history! The tour guides are friendly and knowledgeable. The free tour is great but if you have the time and don't mind paying the $25, the Beermasters tour is well worth it.
We did the brew masters tour. Though a bit expensive, it was very enjoyable having a more personal experience.
