Good pizza, but not great. Got a pepperoni and cheese and not any real flavor. It was regular crust. They have Chicago style but it takes 40 minutes. Was there for lunch. Service a litlete slow considering there was noone that was not eating when we arrived.

Outstanding deep dish pizza and Italian foods ranging from your traditional to your spectacular, highly recommended for any body interested in a small slice of Chicago.
When I dine alone I get their thin crust pizza. When I'm with a group we get the deep dish, because I want to have it fresh. One slice is a meal! This pizza is the best. The Giardiniera topping is my favorite.
Pretty good. Food and service were good. If you are going to have a deep dish pizza, I recommend calling ahead of time. There is 45 minute cook time, the price you may for good deep dish.
One of the best pizzas in Bristol. Staff is so friendly. Food is delicious. We've had the Tavern style and the deep dish...both were phenomenal. Good salad, too.
Amazing! Love a good Chicago style pizza and they are hard to come by. This place does an excellent job! Reminds me a little of the famous Ginos East in Chicago. Really good prices as well.
To make a long story short, TAI nails the atmosphere. Their Deep Dish Pizza is a work of art worthy of it's own Selfie. And the Service was so good that it borderlined on obsessive, and I mean that in a best way.
Great food. Worst customer service experience ever. The mother of the owner has no business in customer service. I have never been treated so poorly in a restaurant. It was embarrassing!!!
Over an hour to get a sandwich and lasagna not even at peak hours. Lasagna tasted like Fazzolis, very small piece for 13.00 Waitress was nice/appologetic and gave a 5.00 off next visit, however there will be no next visit. I'm local, live in Bristol and will advise friends of the service. Crazy tomato in Kingsport is 10x better. You dont comp a 5.00 off next visit on a 39.00 dollar bill. All the positive reviews must have been for pizza. Would have gave one star, but the waitress was nice.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced!! The hostess , if you want to call her that, was rude from the moment we entered the restaurant & seemed very overwhelmed in her job. You know, restaurant retail is not for everyone & it s plain that this was the case with the older woman playing hostess. She was so rude to us over an online order. Regardless of whether or not your customers have followed your rules or made a mistake & ordered online for dine in, you DO NOT chastise then, talk to them like children that need to be reprimanded. You can explain your polices nicely & then be happy you have paying customers in your restaurant. If your establishment continues to be the Angry Italian you will soon be the Closed Italian because customers will stop coming to your restaurant. Not that you care, but we will never be back & we will make sure to caution all of our friends & family to not visit. No one wants to pay their hard earned money in an establishment that doesn t treat their customers with respect & friendliness.
This place is a hidden treasure! I have had both thin and deep dish and both are really well done. The chicken wings are great too! Nice service and the chef is the owner!
I have been eating "Chicago Pan Pizza" since I was 6 months old with my family starting in 1957. Uno downtown, Wabash and Ohio. Also Due around the corner which 50 percent of folks will say was better. Then Lou came around after marrying into the family, later taking the recipe and creating Lou Malanati in Lincolnwood when I was around 14 or fifteen. I consider myself an expert and I can proudly say that the pan pizza is as good as it gets. I spent many years shipping pizza on dry ice to Boston but now, I don't have to! And the hotdog is authentic, which makes me so happy. I could eat one everyday. Thankfully my business is moving up the road 5 miles or I would be there every day!!!
Pizza is ok, not great. Overheard staff talking badly about prior customers. Sit next to a couple that had waited for an hour to get their food. Had to wait about 45 minutes for our food to arrive.
Been coming every Saturday over the last month. Excellent food....made me feel like I was back home in Chicago. The Pizza, Italian Roast Beef, and Chicago Dogs were EXCELLENT! Again, made me feel like i was back in Chicago. The Tiramisu is to die for as well.
While it is a great place to go for a slice of pizza there are some drawbacks. They are a few several pizza places in bristol with better dining experience. The space is confined so its basically a order and pickup spot or simply drop in to grab a slice. The food is good and there never seems to be any wait times on call in orders. Just the lack of space usually makes this the next to last place we think of for pizza.
Chicago style pizza was great. Really wish it had more seating available. It has outgrown it's small size. Waitress was very friendly. Recommend calling your order in 45 minutes ahead of time if you want a deep dish pizza.
Good was good. Almost like Chicago. Had the dipped beef which was good but the gravy was much easier than usual. The gravy was leaking through the plastic basket. It would help to dip the sandwiches and then wrap in sandwich paper... Just like Portillo's! Meatball sub was good but the marinara was a little thick and spicy.
Great food and service, pricey and my pasta wasnt really what Id call a good size for me but I like to eat. Friend got the meatballs and spaghetti and it looked good!
The fried ravioli and breadsticks appetizers are both solid options. The breadsticks were nice and fluffy on the inside while still having a crunch on the outside. I definitely recommend an appetizer while waiting for an Italian sausage and peppers Chicago deep dish pizza. The Italian sausage and peppers are a must, and the sauce was hands down my favorite pizza sauce I've had to date. To finish off our night of trying the place, we ordered the tiramisu! It was as great as I expected based on the previous food. I'm not even much of a pizza fan, but this place had me amazed!
It was ok. Loud, small space but well spaced out, overpriced. Pizza puffs were meh, i wouldnt order them again. Parking is tough on the little narrow street. Wait staff was pleasant. If you want the pizza, call ahead as it takes 45 minutes which they tell you in the menu. I didnt have that much time for lunch. I have heard it is really good pizza but couldnt prove it by me as of yet.
The hot dog and fries are fantastic. The deep dish is very good. The toasted ravioli are huge and a good deal. The pizza puffs are new to me. They're very tasty.
The server was not presentable, dirty apron and flip flops. We ordered the grilled chicken salad, bluecheese dressing which was in a package, UHG. We were given paper plates, no music and overall the restaurant was very dirty! VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Staff was attentive she the pizza delicious. We ordered one of their Chicago style deep dish pies. Though they were very busy, we did not feel rushed. Know that a deep dish pie takes about 45 minutes to bake. There are other options for pizza if time is of the essence.
Online order. Pizzas hot out of the oven, delicious even after I got them back to the hotel. Substantial pizza for thin crust. Hopefully this review makes the Italian a little less angry...
A little hole in the wall that me and my friends decided to try. So glad that we did. It s small for a restaurant but the atmosphere doesn t feel too crowded, nor the people. It was very clean from the tables to the bathrooms and service was top notch. Decided to order the calamari and fried ravioli as an appetizer and it was delicious. Didn t manage to get a pic of the ravioli though. The pizza we ordered was a deep dish which takes about 45 minutes to cook according to the menu. It was probably every bit of that time though I didn t keep count. The menu itself was small but had many Italian options. The pizza was good, a nice balance of sauce, crust, and spices even though it was thicker than most. The prices was expected for a Italian place. Will be eating here again to try some more of the menu options.
Ordered the Chicago style pizza 4 times now. Spectacular every time. Dined in once. That time I also ordered the calamari and a chicago pilsner (I think) both were excellent. Service has also been top notch. Highly recommend.
Great food and great service. The fried ravioli appetizer is outstanding. Outstanding pretty much describes everything we ve tried here, including the Southsider pizza, the meatball parm, and the lasagna. Hands down the best Italian restaurant I ve ever been to. The service is as good as the food. I can t recommend it enough.
I come here every time I am in and the consistency in taste and quality keeps me coming back. The homemade ranch dressing is delicious. It has its own taste to it. Spaghetti, manicotti, calzones, salads, and pizza are all good. Can't go wrong here.
