Appalling customer service. Booked for videography...

Appalling customer service. Booked for videography services for our wedding. Went on a payment plan to pay the deposit and the full amount. Paid more than what I should have according to the payment plan I was on. Had to cancel the services a week and half later after booking due to personal reasons, advised Alyssa of this and out of $1000 I put down she would only refund me $500. WE BOOKED ONLY A WEEK AND HALF before we cancelled so she didn't lose anything or have to reject other clients. She was just being greedy. Her service once I told her I had to cancel was absolutely shocking. Wouldn't return my emails or messages until I sent about 5 of them and then there was a huge delay just to get the $500 refund. I would avoid booking with these guys at all costs!!!
