Very unprofessional business who didn't deliver what they promised. Wanted full payment upfront and my website still not complete.
They don't return calls or emails. Beware of their incompetence.
Reply to Angry Chicken: Thanks for your reply once again stating untruths on how you managed my site. It is not working as agreed as I don't get any notification of and order coming through despite asking you time and time again to have it fixed.
It's a shame that you never pick up your phone to actually discuss the issues but rather hide behind emails and texts which leads to more poor communication which results in more mistakes.
A professional business would be concerned that the key elements of a website they built are not working. To drop the ball and remove reviews off Facebook just shows what kind of business you are.
And to ask for full payment upfront should've been my first warning bell.
Anyway good luck with your little home business Alyssa and Travis I'm sure you'll continue to dupe others whilst using the cheapest non-English speaking offshore IT people to pretend to build websites. Disgusting !
