Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I went in knowing what I was looking for, but could not find it at any other jeweler. After a quick explanation, Gina took me to the perfect ring. I knew it was the one right when I saw it. When it came to picking out the diamond, Gina did a great job explaining the different "types" of diamond and the "5 C's". She showed me two great diamonds, each in my price range, but with a different color/clarity to see which I preferred. Again, the one that she chose was perfect. I was in and out in less than an hour, and everything that I was looking for was taken care of. Great people, great price, great product.

These guys are the best! Amazing selection, price and above all customer service. Gina has taken care of all of our needs. We purchased an engagement ring/wedding band set, two wedding bands for my husband, and an anniversary necklace for me. I've had my engagement ring for five years and it still looks brand new because they check the diamonds and clean it every few months. Great financing plans available too. Highly recommended!

We purchased a stunning pave anniversary band from Andrews Jewelers and Andy and his team modified my engagement ring to match the design on the new anniversary band. The look is absolutely breathtaking. Andrew is very creative and talented. Staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming.

I travelled a long distance to work with the folks at Andrew's because I had heard about their customer service and great atmosphere. It was well worth the drive. Needless to say, she loved it! We went back to select our wedding bands and it was more of the same great service. I stopped into Andrews today to get my ring inspected and cleaned. While it was getting serviced, I was going to inquire about getting it rhodium dipped due to the white gold starting to wear, but I forgot. When I got my ring back, it looked brand new and shiny. I then remembered to ask when I could bring it in to get the rhodium done. Mark informed me that they already did it before they cleaned it. I was thrilled because I thought I would have to bring it back and drop it off. I've had nothing but good experiences so far at Andrews. I highly recommend them!

Had wedding and engagement rings resized. Said ten days and it took only eight. They also look brand new!!!

I come to this place for all my jewelry needs and cannot recommend it enough! Ben has helped me with what I needed every time and even recognizes me and says welcome back! I have purchased a watch strap, gotten a silver bracelet resized and had them fix one of my necklaces. With everything going on with Covid, Andrew still was able to pick out the perfect graduation gift for our family to pick out for my sister. He went into his store on a Saturday and sent me probably 15 different pictures of jewelry since we couldn t come in the store. We ended up with so much more of a ring we ever could have imagined for her because of Andrew! Great customer service and wonderful to deal with. Reasonable cost also!

I have been holding onto my mother's engagement ring, wedding band, and anniversary ring for 8 years since she passed away. I wanted to have them turned into a necklace or some sort, but was overwhelmed and sad at the idea of never seeing her rings again. Fantastic experience! Today, I went in to get my wedding rings re-sized & soldered. They told me it would take 10 days, or I could pay more for same day, which I opted not to do. A few hrs later I got a msg. my rings were ready. I am extremely happy with them! Thanks so much Andrews Jewelers! :)

I visited the store recently, as I intend to make a sizable purchase in the near future. Gina was very pleasant to deal with, and was patient in that she was willing to show me a number of diamonds; all of which were within my price range. She did not, at any point in our interaction, make me feel as though I was wasting her time. I will certainly be returning to the store in the near future. Further, I would highly recommend Andrew's to other men who, like me, know little to nothing about the intricacies of fine jewelry.

I took my anniversary ring in to Andrews for a yearly check after it had been repaired at another local jeweler. I found out and saw (with their magnification system) that my ring was repaired very shoddily. Victoria explained my options and then Andrew came over to look at the ring and confirmed everything Victoria had explained to us. We were given 2 options and were given a complete explanation about both and were allowed to make our own decision. Very professional and VERY happy with the finished repair. I have found my new jewelry store that I feel very confident with.

Every time I have visited Andrews I have been treated with the highest level of respect than any other store I ve ever been in. After getting engaged, we visited multiple jewelry stores to look at rings. Andrew's Jewelers by far was the best experience. We were able to select the perfect setting and stone to make the most perfect ring imaginable. All of the staff at Andrew's were wonderful to work with. After the ring arrived we were so happy with the way that it looked, and they were able to size it perfectly to fit her hand.

We just completed the purchase of the wedding band that we were able to match up perfectly to the engagement ring. There were many options available to us, but we ended up going with a custom option wherein they have offered to fuse two individual bands together on either side of the engagement ring to provide the perfect balanced look.

They also took a lot of time with us helping us to narrow our options for the grooms band, Again their guidance through this process was excellent.

Everybody that sees my fiancees ring cant believe how beautiful it is, and we love telling them where we got it and how wonderful our experience was and continues to be with Andrew's. We both highly recommend Andrew's for anybody shopping for rings.

My experience with Andrews Jewlers has been great. Gina in particular is fantastic! We brides tend to get a little crazy and analyze everything as our wedding approaches. She totally understood and was patient with me. After it the matching bad I ordered came in I just didn't really love the way they looked together and felt bad about it. It was bothering me so I went back to her a few months later and she helped me try a few more options - speant quite a bit of time with me - and allowed me to exchange my ring. Now I LOVE my ring and will continuously reccomend working with Gina at Andrews!

I got my wifes engagement ring at andrews, and was new to the jewelry scene. As usual I was nervous about spending a lot of money and not knowing anything about diamonds. But to my surprise andrews team gave me a quick diamond class and what to look for. With all the being said I picked out my wifes ring and got what I wanted without being pushed in to it. We both got our wedding bands here as well. Its been five years already and my wifes ring looks just like the day I bought it. I entered a contest on Facebook in October that Andrews Jewelers was sponsoring.They were giving away the most beautiful necklace..it was unique, amazing and truly gorgeous. I entered and was keeping my fingers crossed.It was a rough couple weeks...my husband was home recouperating from bronchitis and pnuemonia and I was going back and forth to work and taking care of him at the same time.The contest ended and much to my shock and surprise I had won that gorgeous necklace. We love Andrews Jewelers! Every time we come in we are greeted with prompt, exceptional service. We stopped in to have the stone tightened in my engagement ring- they did it while we waited! We live in NC but do all of our jewelry shopping at Andrews while we're in town. They only do quality work and do not carry sub-par stones which we really appreciate. My fiance and I have been customers of Andrew's Jewelers for the past 4 years. We continue to only shop at Andrew's because the service and quality is truly top notch! Great experience with Andrews. Purchased a ring during the quarantine. Communicated with Andy via email, text, video and calls. He was extremely informative, did not push product at all and was more concerned with giving me advice based on what I needed than making a sale. Then after my decision was made his turnaround time was excellent and exactly what he told me it would be.

I took a sapphire ring in to be sized and when I picked it up, it looked like a BRAND NEW ring! Wow!!! I would come back here anytime for ring sizing! The chocolates inside the draw string bag were also a nice touch.

Andrews Jewelers completely surpassed our expectations with a custom ring for our 5 year wedding anniversary. My husband worked with their team to dream up a sparkling band of diamonds that was reminiscent of my engagement ring. We were blown away this evening when we picked it up. Absolutely stunning!

It was very important that this ring was perfect. It was all the stones I have bought my wife and that she received from her grandmother. Andrew went above and beyond to make sure this was a wonderful experience. The ring is immaculate and the detail is amazing. This ring celebrates our 25th anniversary. Andrew made sure it felt special. I wouldn't go anywhere else, he will always get our business.

I was buying an engagement ring for my girlfriend and I was more or less left on my own to pick the style of the band and the diamond itself, I knew vaguely what she preferred in terms of style, 3 stone basket, and I knew her diamond preference, princess cut, so armed with this knowledge I did research. I'm a very particular person who never likes to go in blind and I now know more about the 5 C's, about fire, flaws and fluorescence, about costs and diamond certification organizations than I care to admit. I purchased my own center stone online receiving a steal and found a style of ring I personally loved and thought my girlfriend would also love. With my diamond and ring style I ignorantly headed to the closest jewelers for convenience. Two larger chains were the first to be crossed off as their sugary sweet sales people tried to steer me down avenues that did not interest me (different style/different diamond) and only after insisting on my diamond and style did they work with me to pair diamonds from earring that roughly looked similar in quality and size. Next was a similar experience at a local jeweler which leads me to my fourth excursion. I will leave out the details but I will say that after the fourth jeweler, a small local shop, I was left with a pit of despair and frustration in my stomach that had me contemplating bachelorhood, because of the quantity of money that was being exchanged and with how careless they treated my patronage I felt physically ill for days. Rude, degrading, mean, liers who lured me in and proceeded to bamboozle me over the course of four weeks. I tell you all this so that when I say, Andrews was the very epitome of professionalism and after 5 minutes I knew I was getting my ring from them, you will understand how great this business is. For the first time I wasn't given any grief over my internet diamond, they happily took it and started working with me to make the exact ring I wanted. Not similar, exact. Then they completely floored me by doing something so simple that I never considered it and no other jeweler even thought to do, they took the measurements of my diamond to calculate what size (dimensions, not carat) the side stones should be so as to look aesthetically appealing. Mind blown. Service was prompt, respectful and absolutely professional without being pushy or overly sweet. And because of Andrew's partnership with the company whose style I was basing my ring on I was able to get THE ring I wanted without needing a custom made, which saved a pretty penny. After the proposal, my fiance has returned on several occasions to have her "Precious" resized (not my fault >_>) a service which was done in less than a day, and to be cleaned. All services were provided free of charge.

TLDR: Andrews Jewelers are consummate professionals and they should be the first and only jeweler you should visit. Staff is friendly and professional. Product is unequal in quality and cost. Service is exceptional and prompt.

While we were there we also started looking at our wedding bands. Again, we weren't quite sure what we were looking for and she took her time going through the different options with us. Everything from what I was trying to explain that I wanted, to options I hadn't even considered but looked great! I would highly recommend going to Andrews Jewelers and I personally can't wait to go back and purchase our wedding bands! Plus all of our future jewelry.
