I'm so glad I chose to shop here for my fiance's ring. All of the staff is always friendly and helpful and the new store looks great! They also did a great job on the wedding bands especially mine that was partially custom made. I can't recommend them enough!

Can't say enough about this Establishment! I picked up my "Special" ring today & what a beautiful job they did! Also made out like a bandit at the 60% off sale that goes until October when they open their new store just up the road! Can't wait for the opening! Also can't say enough about Andy, Jason, Erica, Sara, Victoria etc. Thanks guys for my awesome experience there! Still have to fit that mani/pedi in soon!

Andy and the staff were extremely friendly and took the time to figure out exactly what we wanted with our wedding bands. This would not be an easy task as the engagement ring was custom made through a different company. His knowledge was beyond reproach. The first design was slightly different from what we envisioned and he made the changes we asked for without any issues. He was able to design the rings to fit perfectly too. His experience in the business was tested to come up with these rings and he brought forth a finished product that we that was only available in our dreams. 100% elated with our rings. We highly recommend him and his staff to anyone that is looking to make their experience a pleasurable one. I am so happy that we took the time to meet with him and trusted him to match our ring.

After a few stops at a couple other jewelers, my fiance went to Andrew's to pick out the perfect ring... I absolutely love it! The service was fantastic and very helful. Mark was very helpful throughout the selection process as well as when I had to go back to have it resized. He considered our input and had our interests in mind when ordering and finishing up the ring. Thank you!

My ring was purchased in December , and I have been in multiple times to have my ring cleaned and sized since. We have a Tacori, Platinum, and absolutely love it. My engagement ring is from Andrews. Recently two diamonds came out of my setting due to an attempted dog bite causing me to slam my hand hard enough to knock them out. A few days after Andrews opened up (COVID19 times) I brought my ring in for repair. I came 2.5 hrs out of town and made mention of this. Ben made sure this was known and my ring was done extremely quickly so I could have it same day. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the phone call so quickly. My diamonds were reset and the ring was cleaned and looks brand new. I am so happy with what it looks like. I would def recommend getting the lifetime warranty and keeping it up to date and valid. Well worth it as anything can happen. We are very happy we chose our ring here as they provide great service to their customers. We had a great experience when choosing the ring and had another great experience this time. I have to give them kudos for getting this done for me when I m sure they have plenty to catch up on from covid.

Andrew and Jason were both professional,knowledgeable and friendly .From the moment I entered the store Andrew made me feel welcome. He then took care of what I needed quickly and efficiently. Within a couple of days I had what I needed.

My Fiance and I picked out a setting together at Andrews. My fiance then picked out the stone with a consultant. We were very happy with the service. As we were from out of town we were not able to see the stone before it was set. Our consultant actually rejected a few diamonds for us before finding the perfect one.

We were also very happy with the price we paid.
