Very big furniture store. Nice selection of goods..expensive but certainly nice. Unfortunately, the cafe is shut and the customer toilets are closed for some strange reason? They are open in supermarkets so no real reason not to open them in your store....same with the cafe

Ordered 2 soup and sandwich combos. Soups arrived quickly with no sign of sandwich and eventually had to go up and ask for them. Soup was pretty tasteless too. Sandwich was well filled though. Tea and coffee were good. So disappointed as had heard good things about this place.

I have to say my latest purchase from Anderson's did not get off to the best start, but eventually the situation was recoverd very well by the Sales Manager, and I have to say they have redeemed themselves - this is the service I expect.

Really nice place but had a very long wait in the que (1 hour) before our order was taken for the restuarant. It was good when we got it though.

We had a long list of shockingly poor experiences when getting flooring for our new build home and will never give them our custom again.
We paid thousands to floor our house and ended up with a carpet we didn't choose, fitted nearly a week late and in a lazy fashion.
I will try not to rant here but a few of these issues include being told 2 weeks before entry date that our selected carpet wasn't available, then having chosen a new carpet, we were phoned the night before carpets were due to be fitted, whilst on holiday, to be told they had ordered the wrong carpet and it wouldn't be delivered on time, delaying our entry and wasting time off work etc.
The carpet fitters left all the waste materials in our wardrobe and didn't Hoover the excess fluff even after receiving a generous tip.
Customer services were blunt, unhelpful, pushy and inconsiderate.
I've never been so frustrated, inconvenienced or lost as much money to any company. I hope we are in the minority and others have better experiences.

The sole positive was the quality of the work by the sub-contracted Karndeen fitter. He worked long hours (having been incorrectly briefed and delayed by Anderson's), was polite, helpful and a true perfectionist in his work. If I knew who he was, I'd recommend him highly.

There was an excellent range of sofas, beds and carpets. What I was most impressed with was that there were no pushy sales people at all and you were able to look at your leisure without feeling any pressure. The cafe also had delicious cakes and traybakes.

I had a number of curtains//blinds made by (the old) Andersons many years ago and although there were a few problems, all was rectified to my complete satisfaction.
Since then we have purchased a number of furniture items.
Approx 4 weeks ago I visited Andersons as we are currently undertaking a number of home improvements. The service I experienced from the same assistant in the Soft Furnishings Dept that I had dealt with many years before, was nothing short of diabolical. It took 3 separate requests to obtain one wallpaper sample. In short Andersons have missed out on a complete lounge/dining room refurbishment including carpets,wallpaper,paint,curtains and blinds with associated accessories (all of which were duly noted on my first visit!) It's such a pity that a store like Andersons is let down by poor customer service using the excuse that they are "so busy". Would I recommend this store?...not any more!

A lovely store.unfortunately the coffee shop is currently closed for renovation.

Had the brie and bacon toastie with salad and a mocha. Fairly set me up for the day! Quick service by friendly faces.

Personal attention, took our difficult requirement seriously, friendly. We got the service - Andersons got the order!

They were keen to take my order but delivery is more of a problem. I have called them and emailed them and they always fail to respond even after promising to clarify the situation. its not nice to pay a heathy deposit and then have delays but not to be communicated with is not acceptable .

I just love this place - every time I visit, I redecorate my home (in my head!). A lovely collection of top quality furniture, home decor, bed linen and flooring. Really helpful staff - watch out for their big sales.

I find that the prices are extraordinary steep. Having said that, they have some beautiful furniture, carpets and flooring, beds and bedding and other home decorative items. There is a restaurant there which is also a bit pricey. The coffee I have found to be too weak, I have asked for another shot of coffee to be added. What I do is photograph the labels of any items I'm interested in and do an eBay or Amazon search at home. Normally I find them between 30 to 50% cheaper. Good parking and wheelchair accessible.

I visited to buy a carpet. I stood for at least 10 minutes only to be ignored by every member of staff. I returned with my husband and we were ignored again. No hello, no interaction whatsoever. I eventually asked about a particular carpet but was met by a less than enthusiastic staff member. It s not the first time we ve experienced treatment like this in here. Ended up in Frasers of Ellon where the staff are an absolute delight in comparison.

Really good quality. Liked the food and collected a few paintings too.

Wide range of furniture. We visited while the sale was on and there was a few genuine bargains. Used the coffee shop a few times and no.compliants.

Great store to visit, good range of furniture and styles. Prices are higher than other stores and online competition however its always good to support local business. Unfortunately the customer service is hit and miss and delivery times are long with no updates provided. From personal experience orders can take from two to five months for delivery from date of payment which is not acceptable.

Plenty of choice and helpful staff. Easily located in Inverurie with plenty of parking.

Stood in line at the cafe for half an hour only to be told that they stopped selling hot food after 3pm, cold food after 3.30pm (this was quarter to four) and all they had was soup and bread or cakes. It would have been extremely helpful to let people know that there was no food when they entered the queue rather than letting people wait that length of time in quite a short queue with staff who took an age to serve. Wont be back.

Very helpful staff, but happy to let you wander and sit on furniture without harassing you! Choosing expensive furnishing is not something you can hurry... Great coffee shop, lovely staff and food superb!

The staff in the cafe are wonderful. So cheery and welcoming. Delicious food too.
