Very good, that at these extreme temperatures, the air conditioning by myself set and could be turned off.

Once again been here and very satisfied.
After a busy day in the city enjoyed the sauna.

This was my second visit to this house and it was very sobering. The enthusiasm of the first stay brought me back to reality this time.

Upon arrival, the mirror surfaces in the room were completely greasy and the bathroom door showed significant traces of deodorant, hair spar and other liquids that other guests had left in front of me. After two complaints, at least the mirrors were clean, but the door remained dirty until we left.

At 10:32 p.m. there is only a selection of sausage and cheese in the bar for 27.00 !!!!!! It is not possible to order something from the room service card in the bar. So if you want to have something to eat at that time in company, then there is only one restaurant outside the hotel.

The surcharge for the A-Lounge of 50.00 per person is completely exceeded. In the morning I really enjoyed the quiet for breakfast there. The evening offer is not worth the price, however. Cocktails to mix yourself are only offered until 8:00 p.m. After that, only beer, soft drinks and wine (1x red wine, 1x white wine) are offered. I don't comment on the choice of dishes in the evening (cold potatoes, currywurst, stir-fry rice and vegetables). The salad buffet was also very minimalist.

All in all it is still a very stylish hotel and the hotel bar is terrific. The cocktails are great, but very expensive.

The staff in every outlet is very friendly and helpful.

Total failure of the air conditioning without informing the guests in advance !!!
At room temperatures beyond 25 degrees at night at the junction of the 6-lane Landsberger Allee overnight stay is certainly no relaxation!
That was certainly the last stay there for me!
The Verkehrsanbindung to tram and S-Bahn has been the only good.

Nice hotel with a good location. Room wonderful and contemporary! Hotel bar on the 11th floor and totally overcrowded and boring. We as a group have decided for the upcoming celebration for another house.

Very nice hotel. We stayed in the partner hotel across the street, but we were allowed to use the concierge service. The skybar on the 14th floor is awesome. Huge selection of drinks. Very friendly staff. You will be given very good advice.

Wonderful hotel, great location, nice ambience and great rooms. It is sometimes very crowded, but on the other hand that is a good sign. I would love to come back here.

Just fascinating. After we were in Munich and fell in love with the Angelo Design Hotel, the same hotel chain, we would be blown away by the Andels Berlin. For its price, this hotel offers a great location, a very nice service and a trendy decor. Thank you for the nice holiday!

Very helpful staff at the front desk despite nocturnal time

I've been here recently and must confess that I liked it a lot. The staff was polite and the breakfast also very good. The rooms were really big and you had more than enough space.
I can only recommend it.

The hotel was great. The rooms are nice and clean and the bathroom very modern. The breakfast buffet has a very large selection and everything is delicious.
A point deduction for an unfriendly service at breakfast and an unfriendly service downstairs in the restaurant Maverick.
Otherwise, I highly recommend it! Price performance was right here!

Beautiful hotel. Very modern, it is located close to the tram and an S-Bahn station. A grocery store is right in front, very convenient for small purchases while traveling. The lunch buffet is really excellent. The staff is bluffing efficiency, check in took 1 minute as well as check out.

the Vienna House Andel`s Berlin is my first choice when staying in Berlin

Location is great, toy step off the train from the airport and need not walk any further that across the road. The metro is also outside which links in easily with the rest of the city's transport system taking you anywhere in the city. Only ever been asked to see our tickets once when traveling from the airport making me wonder if anybody actually pays for public transport

Rooms are large with ours having a king size bed, massive TV and sofa while in the bathroom you can still listen to the TV

Spa caught us out! Forgetting how Germans love to get down to their birthday suits, but at least it's open till 22:00

Breakfast was great too, loads of selection and all the staff spoke great English

Generally nice hotel, unfortunately the shower was not clean.

Meals are super tasty. Rooms are well enough. You can hear everything happening outside the room. I may prefer staying again.

I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel . The staff were very professional and friendly , always willing to listen and were very helpful. In particular the concierge , a French gentleman ! I'm embarrassed as I never got his name . He made the city of Berlin so easy to get know and helped both my mother and I understand how the public transport worked therefore making all the sights easily amenable. He was incredible and contributed so much to our stay. The food was great and we really enjoyed the breakfast.
The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard and when we had some difficulties with our room Eric from the reception was quick to remedy them. I cant express my gratitude enough for what will always be a great memory of Berlin and will recommend this hotel to anyone who will listen lol !
Finally we were fortunate enough to have visited the wellness centre and thoroughly enjoyed our unique experience.
Keep up the great Work ! Its hotels like yours that sets a standard for other's to live up to !

Everything was wonderful. Only the price for the night, which I found high.

I visited the hotel during an event organized by my employer. I felt very well cared for. The conference room was very large and equipped with a huge screen and a PA system.

NEVER AGAIN! Stayed there for 4 nights and my ROLEX got stolen from the room!!. After reporting the theft they told me " we will contact you". Nothing happened! Not even a letter as an apology. I travel a lot due to my job, but i have NEVER seen such a horrible service. Not to mention that your stuff got stolen from the room!

We have spent 4 days of vacation in Berlin, my husband and I, staying at your hotel. We have been very satisfaced. We especially liked the breakfast buffet, very complete and the attention of the staff. Special mention to Fernando, who suggested and indicated each day how to take better advantage of our stay in the city, his professionalism is unbeatable !.
As a constructive criticism and improvement area in its magnificent hotel, there is the theme of the shower water that changes from cold to hot and vice versa without touching the tap. We brought this to the attention of the reception and they sent us to a technician, who could do nothing because it was not due to a problem in the room but rather to the general installation. We observed that this did not happen at theoretically hours with less use of the bathrooms.
Despite this, I believe that I must qualify with the best rating to the hotel globally

Interesting, modern rooms, which unfortunately are not cleaned very well - there was hair in the tub. I found a similar opinion by reviewing the opinions after the stay.

Gluten-free meals are available for breakfast, which is a big plus, while the breakfast restaurant staff practically do not communicate in English even at a basic level.

Skybar was a hit. The staff at the front desk was extremely friendly. Rooms are modern and well maintained. However, the room temperature should be criticized. The first time I entered the room I found that the temp. Was an estimated 15 degrees Celsius. The attempt to quickly raise the room to a comfortable temp level failed, so I preferred to leave the room to warm up in the skybar. The room in a row was simply not at a reasonable temp. Pity! The breakfast buffet was excellent. Only the morning tour group terror did not allow breakfast relaxation.

I really liked the reception, the breakfast is very complete and the waitresses are very friendly. The room is very large, clean and very nice. Very comfortable beds.

I stayed there for work, nice clean rooms. Only the color scheme, black / yellow, reminds me of Borussia Dortmund

I had a room with a view of the courtyard, so very quiet.

In the not so fine Friedrichshain, surrounded by prefabricated buildings, located. About 5-6 km to the center, which is easily accessible by public transport. Free public parking is available nearby. The hotel has 4 stars. The staff certainly not. Partly bitchy, overwhelmed or arrogant. The communication flow is also wrong. The absolute no go, when the property of the guest miraculously disappears from the room. From the side of the hotel you were neither willing nor able to solve the problem to my satisfaction.

A great hotel, which lives up to its reputation. The service is great and the ambience just great.

A little outside of the city center but with very good connections to local public transport. S-Bahn, tram and bus start in front of the door. The prices of the single tickets are quite high, the tourist tickets are recommended for different periods of time.
The rooms are clean and well equipped. The beds are very hard, my wife, with her back problems, couldn't even cope with them.
The temperature of the shower increases over time, an even temperature would be nice - because it gets pretty hot over time.
The breakfast buffet is great . Large selection and also gluten-free products.

I recommend it from the heart.

A great weekend at the invitation of Immobilienscout24. The evening program in a separate area was great, the spa area was nice. We were only disappointed by the breakfast, which is offered in the same form in the hotels of the chain HotelOne, and they do not have 4 stars with appreciation.

Short stay of 4 days in the hotel, we were very satisfied. We were able to check in before 3pm and got such a wonderful room on the 8th floor as requested. Although it was a "two-bed", it was immediately converted into a double room. The staff were totally on their toes, and even the housekeeping staff always said hello. Food was great, a very large selection, hot and cold, from healthy to totally unhealthy - we felt completely at ease in the modern new rooms.

Minor technical shortcomings: The battery compartment cover of the TV remote control was missing, the shower hose was leaking at the wall inlet and the cover did not hold well, as did the non-fixable shower head holder. The rubber lip also came off the shower door below. But these are all small things that are perfectly normal.

Noise in the room caused by the trains running outside the window, which makes the price of the accommodation absolutely inadequate to the comfort offered.

We had a nice weekend with a great service and friendly staff. You can not say anything at all. Unfortunately, the hot water with us and we had Saturday and Sunday in the cold shower. Here, however, we have come out of goodwill also and did not charge us certain services. Class reaction and thank you again for the good time!

Had to stay here one night because of a missed connection flight.

On day 2 / 3.03 I slept in room 314 and everything was Super :), the next day 3 / 4.03 I got room 267, in which stinks of cigarettes, in the bathroom lack of one set of cosmetics, cleanliness in the shower left a lot to be desired. No room service menu, I called the reception no one answered.

The hotel was very clean, quiet and ideal for us as a family. The breakfast was rich and very varied, v. A. the food was very high quality. We felt very comfortable and will gladly come back. And the staff were also very nice. Can only be recommended.

What should I say, the style I like, the rooms are a good size and above all absolutely clean! The lobby invites you to linger and although always very busy one finds quiet corners in which one feels very well.
