A perfect skybar on the 14th floor of the hotel with a great view over Berlin and great drinks!

Service, sovereign, nice, rooms very modern, design styled but it lacks (simple) a Schuhanzieher! Very good bar over the rooftops of Berlin! Cocktail highly recommended!

Eating in your bar was a disaster the burger ice cold when it came after 5 minutes and was not well done was the most expensive and worst burger we have ever eaten.

Clean, modern hotel with very friendly staff. Very good kitchen.

The second time and again it was wonderful. At the beginning, a nice surprise in the form of a beautiful apartment, sweets waiting in the room, a huge bathroom with a shower, bathtub and cosmetics. We were able to check out a little later and leave the car in the underground garage free of charge for the day.

Super hotel, all on the level, as the rooms and the kitchen.

Rooms are very tastefully decorated and clean. Connection as well. Prices but absolutely tasteless at the bar. For business people i.O. but for weekend tourists a no-go.

From our visit to the Mavericks we were a bit disappointed- it was very short a table reserved for us - but when we were on site it was not properly cleaned and not completely covered - chairs were missing ...
Also, it took a long time until we got a menu ... Only on request ...
Unfortunately the supplement (sweet potato fries) on request was missing on my request I got the answer that they would not have the ...
The price / performance ratio we found here very high ...

Nevertheless, the hotel in every way a clear recommendation and we will be back!

Very fancy hotel. The room was very nice. Only the heating wasn't particularly effective, so it was quite cold in the room in between.

Small quirks in the facility can be found here and there; Overall, however, there is nothing that would really annoy - everything is flawed. Only the location of the room in the hotel was ambivalent: on the second floor we were accommodated in the immediate vicinity of the wellness area, but at the same time within earshot of the "in-house event rooms". So it happened that in one night almost every song in the room could be followed until at least 1 a.m. Ear plugs were able to solve the problem for us, otherwise it would have been a bit more uncomfortable.

We liked the wellness area (sauna area) very much. The only drawback in this regard was that, contrary to what the front desk told us, we had no bathrobes in the room. Upon request, these were immediately brought by housekeeping - very good!

Breakfast is heavenly. There is something for every taste. From classics such as scrambled eggs, rolls and bacon to specialties such as pretzels, Danish pastries and salmon, there is something for everyone! Sometimes individual dishes are out of stock, but they are usually delivered promptly.

The transport links to Berlin's public transport system are ideal: everything you need is available right outside the door.

In summary: If the opportunity arises again, I will be very happy to be a guest at this hotel again.

Concierge service was great the guy was very helpful and advised us to purchase a 6 day public transport card and I have to say well worth the money, paid for itself in 3 days.
All in all the whole experience was enjoyable the hotel is fantastic and the staff very friendly and professional.

Magnificent hotel with a very beautiful, very refined decoration! I stayed there 2 nights and 3 days, my room was very spacious with a very nice bathroom, the service was top notch from start to finish! On the ground floor there are several sofas with different atmospheres to enjoy your stay in the hotel.
The room was just too beautiful. This is the 2nd of my prettiest room of all the trips I have been able to take.
The room for breakfast is very large and with a lot of choice! The servers are very careful, there is always a restocking of food, dishes, we are even offered coffee at the table.
The location of the hotel is very good (10min from city center - Alexanderplatz) by tram which is right outside the hotel.
In the hotel there is also a restaurant, and a bar with a magnificent view over the city!
Opposite there is a supermarket for some groceries, a burger king on the corner.
For my next trip to Berlin I would stay at this hotel 100% sure!

You walk until you reach your room. Otherwise average.

Visited the hotel for a conference. For the price I paid the quality was excellent. Rooms aren t very big, but very comfortable with good beds (get rid of the plastic bedcovers though). Bathroom with good water pressure and Some nice amenities. They run a somewhat childish scheme, where they promise you a present if you forego the cleaning of the room. Do it for the environment, as the present is worthless. Extensive breakfast with limited hot, but loads of cold choices. Friendly staff. Location is east of the city center, but both metro and tram are steps away. Recommended!

We really enjoyed the convenience of the parking garage, quick settlement reception, breakfast room, very quiet rooms and comfortable, assistance from the Concierge, the good location at the tram stop and very good price level.

Great hotel with great comfort. Especially the breakfast was first class. One can only recommend. We spent a great weekend there.

Spacious and clean room with good facilities. The breakfast was rich and varied. The waitresses were very friendly. Gladly again.

I have to revise myself, this Andel`s hotel was the best I have come across in Berlin in recent years. S-Bahn and tram stops right outside the door.
So easy to reach by train, bus or your own car
For guests who come by car, the hotel is very conveniently located on the major arterial roads
Berlin.
There is sufficient parking space. You should reconsider whether 17 is the right tariff outside the center, 12 is also enough.

Manageable range and much too expensive for that.
No break, if you want it better, take the tram and go directly
to Alexanderplatz

Despite the renovation, we were satisfied with the hotel.
The only point of criticism that you can watch a porn channel without a hurdle in the middle of the television program
Has saved. Not so good for children who just want to quickly zap through the children's channel.

A very good hotel.
Generally, peace and quiet, only the vehicles on the signal can be heard.
The nearby S-Bahn and Tram do not bother you, and in 15 minutes you are at Alexanderplatz.
Access is possible without entering the umweltzone.

Wonderful base in the Eastern part of Berlin. Beautiful rooms and excellent breakfast buffet.

Modern hotel with a nice room. Bathroom with large shower, large bed. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. There is a tram right next to the hotel, with which you can quickly reach the city center. I would stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Berlin.

The room was great, the food in the restaurant was great. I also liked the spa. The bar on the 14th floor with the great view over Berlin was an absolute highlight. There I was also impressed by the cocktails. What was not great is the service that me when I wanted to breakfast very rude approached.

The hotel is most likely conventional hotel and the staffs are very polite, approachable and efficient in any request specially your concierge staff Chadasch and Sebastian who were standout to give more information about Berlin sight seeing tour. They are very knowledgeable persons to handle such any request from your guest. Before I forgot the housekeeping staff who always clean my room but I cannot remember the name. The hotel is convenient will local transportation such as Tram and Train although it is quiet far from the city but very accessible to anywhere.

Great and modern rooms, great facilities, great gym, central location, chic bar and best view, great breakfast. 5 stars PLUS for me. I always like to come back.

Very nice hotel that I would recommend. The only downside is the breakfast buffet. Many dishes were not refilled rolls mostly too hard and restaurant very busy. The possibility breakfast in the room for a very good alternative.

Extremely clean and relaxing stay. Also very conveniently located to the tram and sbahn lines making commuting to all parts of Berlin a relative breeze. I would highly recommend staying at this place in your next visit to Berlin.

Very nice and big-ass hotel. Rooms were fine, all the necessities for this level of hotel. Comfy bed. However, WiFi was really bad and I felt a little cramped in. Given the price of this place that's only 4 stars.

The stay was very pleasant. The breakfast was as always great. The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. It seemed that the whole four days were not cleaned properly.

The skybar is really recommended. Over the rooftops of Berlin with a breathtaking view and a refreshing cocktail, the city looks majestic.

We have received tickets for this hotel through the visit Berlin - experience your city program. The first presentation is nice and clean, but if you take a closer look at the room it gets dirty.

The bedside tables are dusty, leftovers were still running down the right, hair stuck to the bed and the shower greeted you with mold in every corner. The soap dish is completely dirty ...

So the problem addressed at the front desk, no apology, no accommodating or simply upgrading to a new room.

The new room was cleaned properly this time, except the bathroom ... The glass door dirty and mold again in the bathroom!?!

Sry but this is not how you win new customers!

A table was reserved by phone, including confirmation of reservation via email. Arrived at the skybar "We do not reserve tables on weekends". Despite the confirmation, the lady didn't care. A drink at the bar? Nothing. Instead, a "The tables are all full, there is nothing I can do about that."

Problem occurred, problem not resolved, or attempted to mitigate.

After we found a seat on our own, two cocktails were added to the bill when paying. Just pushed the bill by 30 . The whole thing was dismissed with an "oh" ...

I was really positively surprised by the Vienna House. Had a room on the executive floor with access to the lounge. First to the room: modern, colorful, ok in size, beds very comfortable. The lounge offered on two floors with roof terrace a beautiful view over Berlin, the offer was rich: extensive breakfast buffet with little rush in the morning, in the evening a cocktail hour in itself had. Appetizers, simple but tasty main dishes, beer, wine, spirits etc. Everything is there! And much praise and thanks to the young man from the service, even when I came back late at night to the hotel and again in the lounge looking over he offered me a gin and tonic, to end the day. Top! Otherwise, I'm on the road as status customer in the Hilton Hotels, but the Vienna House does not need to hide from the lounge. In addition, I used the spa twice, also there I liked it a lot. The location is not really central, but that makes up for the price / performance ratio easily. Gladly again!

This time I was part of the GSA Convention - had to hold a workshop and asked to be allowed into the room at 1 p.m. For a small surcharge, I wouldn't have had anything. But I was informed by email that if I wanted to make sure that the room was ready, I would have to book it for an extra day. Because of two hours?!? If this is company policy, this should be reconsidered urgently. My colleague, who slept with him in his room for one night, was told that a package that we had announced in writing before our stay and that was urgently needed for a workshop had not arrived. When I arrived an hour later I was told it was there but couldn't find it for 3 hours even though it ended up being in the room behind the reception. We had to ask 4 times and were never informed of a status, despite our acceptance. I then ran halfway through the house with a member of staff to find the package. Nothing. Only the fourth lady, who also helped us with the technology in the lecture room, quickly and independently looked for the package and found it.
At breakfast, the offer for vegans is a disaster and requested soy milk takes 15 minutes in the chaos that reigns in the breakfast room. Why is it not possible to have soy milk or almond or oat milk on the buffet? There is no soy yoghurt, no vegan spreads and all mueslis and cereals are sugared. No coarse oatmeal, no flaxseed ... Why not mix a few ingredients yourself?
At the gala that evening, I ordered a vegetarian menu in advance and pointed out my paprika allergy. As a starter, salmon was set and although there was a large note in my place with a V on it, no one noticed. A colleague at the table took pity and looked for a waiter who not only wanted to pour more wine, but also brought something vegetarian. I had also stated my paprika allergy in advance. There was a note in front of me for that too. The vegetarian main course had a paprika sauce, as an alternative there was the dry falaffel balls without any sauce - no alternative!?!
After checking out, I got the bill by email and then noticed that there was too much breakfast on the bill. A member of staff at the check-in should notice that on the second day only one guest was charged, but breakfast twice. Nobody was surprised. I expect more from a 4 * superior hotel. It is noticeable that the quality has decreased significantly in recent years. I am often in this hotel and can therefore judge it.

There is nothing to moan but nothing at all. Cheap rate and still upgrade on top.

Very good hotel, very chic "modern" rooms, friendly staff, great room service, fair prices.

Actually only intended as a well-located overnight stay for a visit, we were thrilled. Great service, the cleanest hotel we have stayed in for years. Use of the lounge included and all at an amazing price. The next few times our Berlin weekend will take a day longer so we have a day longer in andels Berlin.

Check-in was uncomplicated, the rooms squeaky clean and you have everything you need.
The breakfast buffet is plentiful and the food at Mavericks is highly recommended.

The first impression was very good. Reception hall and souvenir shop were very impressed. The receptionists were very friendly and understandable. Check in and checkout were unproblematic. Very good: elevators, wide hallways, large breakfast room, entire interior and floors are consistent. Our room was perfect and very quiet. Floor heating in the bathroom was excellent. Room service was good and inconspicuous. Skybar in floor 14 is an eye-catcher, very comfortable, quiet and an outstanding view of the night Berlin. The service is very friendly, helpful and fast .Very good connection to public transport.

Overall, a very successful stay in the hotel. We will definitely recommend you. We felt well and safe. Just great.

The welcome was friendly and the description of the necessary facilities good and understandable. However, I found a breakfast more than nights on the bill?!?! No matter. I will gladly come again.!

We had a great stay. Rooms are very clean and look stylish. Staff welcoming and very helpful.

The Concierge is hopeless. Even though he stands next to the registration desk (when he's around) he doesn't verify information that is given out differently from the registration desk. Instead "Come back in the morning and we'll see." Or if you ask him a question from your room and he doesn't know. He simply states He Doesn't know. The end no suggestions on how you can find out or if he will help in any way. I don't think the Concierge at this hotel is very happy. It's hard to be in a foreign city where you rely on information and neither the Concierge nor the person at the registration desk can help or refer you to someone who can assist you. After staying in 5 countries over the course of the month this hotel was the least helpful. Go prepared and don't rely on them for help. Their information conflicts with one or the other or they don't know about what is going on in their own hotel and don't give you any avenue to find out.

Hotel was super. Rooms are really big and modern. Spa is also great. Sky bar is amazing check it out. Some view. Will definitely be back!

It's at an excellent location for using the public transport (S-Bahnhof Landsberger Allee). Travel over the Ostkreuz or with the M5 or M6 Trams towards Alexanderplatz is very convenient. The hotel breakfast is good, there is a parking garage (18 / day) which is excellent if you travel to Berlin by car. The rooms are modern - maybe a bit too colorful (the black and yellow wasn't a hit with me, but it's ok). I found the bed comfortable and the WiFi worked perfectly. The staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend the hotel.
