Todd, Ryan and Kim were a great team to work with. As first-time home buyers without a real estate agent, Todd and his team made the entire process easy to understand, from pre-approval to settlement.

They were always prompt in answering questions, as well as getting in touch with us when the lender needed something additional. We were always kept in the loop, and we could not have asked for a better experience.

Disclaimer: I am not a family member or close friend of Todd's; I meet him at an open house and he followed up and called me the next week.

I am currently a realtor and previously in the lending business for over 20 years. I work with many mortgage companies on a daily basis and find that when we receive a prequalification letter from the loan officer at Secured Funding, we are very comfortable that the buyer will receive a clear to close in enough time for settlement to occur by the contract date. Their letter is a "true" prequalification of the buyer, written only after they've received all of the documentation required for that letter. I've found most loan officers just go by verbal information from the buyer, which is unacceptable during these times of over regulation. I would definitely recommend Secured Funding for a mortgage.
