Super helpful staff! Great selection of leatherman tools, specialty pliers, drill bits, wrenches and allen wrenches. I'll definitely see if they have what I need before heading to Home Depot.

I called 2 and a half hours ahead with an order for 200 srews, all 1 type because I did not have time to wait in person. On the phone I was instructed that the order would be complete in an hour and a half. When I showed up, the order had not been processed through their computer system, and I was forced to wait an additional 20 minutes there in person.
Not only because the order was not processed, but because the person who was assisting me left to assist someone else, and then gave me attitude when I made it known that I did not have time to wait.
They were rude, and unwilling to help speed things up despite the fact that the fault was with them and not on my end. I had to wait for yet another employee to finish assisting someone else who had come in after me.

If your time is short, look elsewhere.

I had a problem with finding an STI tap for a large helicoil. It was a 12 week lead time. The Olander company had them made ahead of time and were on the shelf. Not only that but their staff was very helpful with all my questions. Maybe the most cooperative company I have ever worked with.

The best place in the SF bay area for fasteners. Too bad no aircraft types.

Usually I wait here 10-15 minutes before talking to someone and that is for 2-3 people in front of me.. then even a simple one item transactions takes ~10 min.
It helps if you call but they are still way to slow..

Any bolt, screw, nut, or fastener you might need, they'll have it.
