The service was good. Members at the guard room and at the main office were polite. The service was far better than what I anticipated.

Negative star they don't care about there employees your just a number to them the only time that I was even recognized is when I was the security supervisor as a factory work there I was just another number

STAY AWAY!!! Bad products that explode for no reason, refusal to comply with federal law and intimidation at every step. If you get hurt, you're fired. If you have a disability and request an accommodation, you're fired.

I suffered a back injury on the job trying to get caught back up due to my ADA protected disability, then was fired for reporting the injury.

Great job

I bought a few things online in April 2020. It says the package was delivered but I never recieved it. I've emailed the company 3 times and have NEVER recieved a response. It's been over 3 months.

The atmosphere is who can get who first the leadership is poor quality control is below standard I work there my wife work there for 15 years died of lung cancer these people don't don't care about the product or their people

Truly awful company. Defective and unsafe products that explode, and no customer support to compensate. Refusal to warranty even with pictures, response was 6 weeks late. Stay far away.

This is absolutely a great product and we can attest to it.
We bought a full set of Anchor hocking plastic containers from Wal Mart many many ears back - 19 years to be exact!
To date we are still using them and they have lasted over the years and still in good conditions. Mind you the containers are older than our teenage son and daughter and bought them when they were babies... today they are 18 and 17.
We will continue to support this great product and have shared this w our friends and families.

I would like to say that this company is great. I am employed by this company and I must say that they treat us really well. For being a factory and employing a large number of people they don't act like it. Most factories treat employees as a number and don't understand that their employees have a life outside of work. They pay a livable wage and have an extremely safe working environment. Please buy American made products. They are of superior quality and keep our jobs here in America.

I purchased a case of Anchor Hocking canning jars an I am appalled at the poor quality of the lids. The jars held up ok thru the pressure canning process but FOUR of the EIGHT lids did not seal and I had to re-process half my batch. GRRRR
PLEASE ANYONE USING A.H. FOR CANNING PURPOSES.. SAVE YOURSELF AN IRRITATION AND USE BALL/MASON BRAND INSTEAD! It is rarely that brand fails to seal.

I ordered 6 glass coffee mugs and I am so pleased at the excellent quality. They are made in America which makes it even better. The customer service far exceeded my expectations. The packaging was very good and the shipping time was good as well. I can't say enough about the quality of this company. I will be ordering more from them soon. I won't buy dishes of any kind made in China. I only buy made in America. So thank you Anchor-Hocking for great quality and keeping the jobs here in the U.S.
