Fun place to work, Wonderful environment, and the best stuff ever!

This an amazing job!!!!! The pay is great and it can be part-time or full-time placement!!!!

So i was hired through precision staffing me and a lot of others that was in my class , however today i went home because i was sick constantly throwing up and no energy 2 days ago i was pulled from class about sleeping and being on my phone (of course i wasnt The only one) so i went Home precision calls me leaving a vm saying how it s an emergency and call back i didn't care for the job because it s a mess they talk to u crazy at this location supervisors and all! I call the lady back she say how i was going to be removed and asked not to come back because of be sleeping and being on my phone which was 2 days ago why wasn t it brought up the day i was Pulled out of class instead of telling me the day i wanted To get up and leave and go home i didn t see myself here long anyways you guys can t even afford to fire people especially if it cost 3,500 each person that leaves it s only Thursday and 5/6 people are already gone the whole class is about to leave anyways don t apply for this because it s a waste of time u will be asked to resign if u don t show within the first 2 weeks.

They let you go after they meet their quota. Treat you great at 1st bouns and all but when reaching quota out you go. Fired 4 no reason
Then they hold your money saying you got paid your bonus a.nd all. This company is a front i believe for illegle misrupitation. I pray someone from FBI or CIA looks into this. Ill apoligize if im wrong but no im right. I didnt want to give them 1 star however thats the only way i could post this review to hep others looking to go to work at RDI. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

This was not a job interview. It was an interview to be screened for a Help Desk job which does not really exist (and took two hours). I then called back twice for an update, but never got a call back (and not because I wasn't qualified). Took time off my present job for this. Of course, it was a job posted on Craig's List, so I should have been suspicious. Best part of all is, the Interviewer I spoke to was clearly under-prepared to meet with me, so it's not like this was "good practice" for me.

So I work here and tbh...I love this place and the pay is great very interactive with the staff as we'll.

After one week if working for rdi, they will fire you for not meeting sales quota, even if they say that as long as you're trying and working, you're fine. Managment sits and listens to your phone calls and watches your screens to make sure you're on top of your game, which is fine. Don't ask questions or state any concerns. IF they answer you, they lie. After one day on the job site, we got sent home due to corona and 6 days later, some of us got called in "to do computer repairs " and got fired. You can't switch departments until your 90 days are over. If they tell you in training that you get health insurance after 30 days, it's a lie. Its 90. The act like it's a fee mainland they're all their for you, but they aren't.

Working at RDI is difficult if you re over 30 or a minority. There is a large amount of age and race discrimination. Management has sexual intercourse with agents. This place is a low tier call center. The facilities are below standards and very unsanitary. I wish things were different because it has potential but, they promote mediocrity and the marginalization of African-Americans.

I have been working for RDI for 1 year as of today, and it is by far the best job you can have, especially as a college student. The pay is good, the flexibility is great and i know i could count on my co-workers for anything inside or outside of my job!

The place isn't bad. Sucks that ive been here for 8 months and still only makinh $10 hr while new hirers make $11-12. But today i walk in to the womens bathroom to find a small baggy on the floor with powder in it. Then looked at the back of the toilet and found a bunch of lines of the powder. I dont want work in this kind of work environment. So time to find find new where they drug test people.

Awesome staff with awesome service. Family owned for 40 years & going strong. Best outsourcer in the biz.

Don't bother. Favoritism and full of bed bugs. They try to hide it and blame the employees. Some reviews are biased.

RDI is a great place to work. When I started at RDI, I approached it as it was just another job, but when I started seeing how much people cared it made me stay. RDI awards hard work and consistency better than any other company I've ever worked for!

I love working here. RDI is my second family. They care about me, my family and my career. I have been fortunate enough to work at most local sites and have meet some amazing people over the years. They give back to not only their employees, but the communities as well.

Great and friendly place this is work and my home away from home I feel at home everyday I come to work

Let me start off by saying that RDI isn't perfect, no company is, but they make a considerate effort to make things better. The culture is top notch. The facilities are evolving in the right direction. The management cares. The biggest gripe I have is pay. After 10 years of working for this great company, I should be making much more than I do. Decent pay for sure, but times like these it would be much better to at least make $35,000 considering my tenure there and the effort I put into, not only my job, but the culture within. But the culture makes up for it in many ways, so not really too many complaints here. It gets 5 stars from me, all day, everyday. I would 100% recommend this company.

Concerned that the cleaning lady at RDI Carrie Davis was arrested AGAIN. This time for violating a restraining order against her own daughter. Last time she was arrested it was for stealing two guns. Who let's a known theif clean their facilities after hours while no one is there?

Is anyone aware of this? Take your personal items home with you. Who knows what other crimes this woman has committed.

Andy and Peggy Mccarthy are the daughter and son and law of that crazy woman and hired her! And they run the facilities!!

Let everyone know. I also heard she uses child labor to as well. Kids with criminal records and drug addicts. Just thought everyone should know. Is Bronson aware of this?
