We re really disappointed this Hotel. We knew the name of Anantara was quite an image of 5 star resorts. But when we stayed on early Dec 2020, quality adjusted to Pandemic Quality , when coffee asked close to breakfast time finish, But still maybe another 10 mins, waitress didn t say yes straight away, however they are not full/ busy anyway. Main swimming pool was broken tiles but not fixed and the breakfast quality of food was not good at all. We were staying on the Ocean View Suite on 4th level consider over price as our experienced except the room is spacious. The only good thing is the room s oceanview. So last mention was not recommended, could find much better resort at same value..
