nice cafe with a good selection of food and drinks. handy place to meet up near the station and still have a real cafe.

Really relaxed atmosphere. The food is well made and tasty and there is a good selection of drinks. I liked the cubes on each table with the drinks menu on, as well as being a novelty which appeals to me, it's quite a useful detail because the wind isn't going to be blowing away a 4" by 4" cube of wood. We ate there twice.

Great stop for a drink and relaxation. Great tables and plenty of seats.

Cobalt is a delicious pub. You can also eat well, but no vegan options on the menu. They do serve bitterballs from the Vegetarian Butcher! And always exciting which beer is on the changing tap.

Does not accept bitcoin as said on coinmap. They stopped accepting it

Nice place with a simple but good menu. Service was outstanding, they had only 2 servers on and there was a full dining room plus patio across the street, yes across the street and those 2 girls managed it very well.

Great place to meet people who arrive at Central Station. And good menu and nice atmosphere.

Stopped in for a beer and a snack before turning in for the evening. Service was quick, the beer was cold, and the snacks were good.

Best part is they have a bar kitty. This bar kitty is friendly and quickly started purring when petted. The bar gets 4 stars, but the addition of a friendly fuzzy friend kicks it up to 5.

Pleasant large space with thick wooden beams that give the whole an authentic feel. Always a reasonable daily snack and now also a number of excellent tapas and a series of tasty wines by the glass. Excellent value for money.

Love this place we come every year when we visit Amsterdam from the UK the Dutch apple pie and cream is out of this world

Limited menu, but nice atmosphere and seating inside and outside.

The place is nice, it's pretty good but it is quickly cataloged tourist and suddenly the waiting time is very long. We even left before the desserts were there. 15 min after the order the pie parts were still not served.

Seated on terrace. Good service, tasty apple pie. Downside was a drain pipe to the terrace that came out of the wall near our table. Hot smoke came out. Then sit down at another table.

An after work location. Lekker borrel and a good beer selection with a reasonable Amsterdam price.

Decent food and service. No baby changing table unfortunately either upstairs or downstairs in the toilets.

Lovely craft beers huge big open space not far from the Anne Frank House. Well worth a visit.

Nice place near Central Station but not too crowded. Excellent wine collection, much better than I'm used to in Amsterdam bars.

There is plenty of space for guests (a rarity in Amsterdam!), Friendly waiters, delicious coffee and good little things to eat.

Great food. Very good choice of beers. Very friendly staff.

A quaint restaurant with a very rustic atmosphere. The smells are certainly not for everyone, but somehow the restaurant has its own charm. Certainly not for a cozy dinner for two, but for a quick snack and a drink to just the right thing. We tried the classic Dutch Bitterballen for which the restaurant is also known. And even if you might not want to take a look in the kitchen and the waiters seem a bit awkward the bitterballen really extremely delicious. And the whole thing makes the Cafe Kobalt. The staff is very friendly, the prices are okay, alcohol is just very expensive in the Netherlands, that is not different here.

Good food and beer selection. The live music was a pleasure to listen to. Sat outside on a balmy October evening.

What a beautiful monumental building! Enjoyed a drink on the canal. Service is fine and price is good too. Recommended. In warm weather, try to get a table by the canal and you won't have to go anywhere else all night.

Very nice and lively cafe within walking distance of CS. The busier the nicer, attentive service. Many people do give very loud acoustics, making intensive conversations difficult. That acoustics can really be improved, do not change anything!

Great place. Is way nicer from the inside than it looks at first sight. Staff was really nice and the coffee was great.

Everyone had to hold on to his coat because of the cold. There was no or no presence, via the unsecurable wind a lot of wind came in.

The food was really good, prices were decent. I was pretty happy with this cafe! I would go again!
