That espanis women is rude employee when I start to talk angry that women.
The most racist place ever. They do not even try to hide it. They create a classification called RTP for mostly immigrants so they can be discouraged because they will be stuck to that level for a whole year getting minimum wage. They preferred white kids in their apprenticeship so they can groom them into perfect tools. Even after passing their aptitude test and working like a slave (literally) for years does not guarantee a place in their program, because you will be denied due to so many qualify candidates.
When I call I'm treated like I'm bothering the people. Tried to get a hold of a staff member for 2 hours and was given the run around. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I regret signing up for the 26
Horrible. Try to get someone on the phone. Its impossible. 22 year's of service and i get nothing but attitude on the phone. Way to many excuses and transfers. Now i know where my weekly dues go.
I was very fortunate to become a Local 26 apprentice in April of 1962. Clint Bearor and his crew helped me learn the books. Many great journeymen and companies taught me the trade. Controls were my favorite. EB Warren gave me a new service truck and journeyman scale in the third year of my apprenticeship. Graduated in 1966. Took 2 additional years of controls. Rosina & I went in to electrical contracting in 1969. By 1972, we had created 3 more deversified businesses.
I owe my sucess to Local 26, IBEW.
Retired young and enjoying Rosina, family, many friends, hot rods, music, & steamed crabs...................Jim Mothershead, 75 years young.
For nown I don't have to right but for future I'm going to right enough comment
Haven t really use them to their full potential yet, I just opened a savings account with them since 2014 and have money going into my savings weekly. I m about to apply for a loan to by a house and see what they can do for me, I been pre-qualified for a loan outside of my union, now I m going to see is it worth it
The Phillipino woman at the front counter was rude and snide and very unhelpful....I asked her to explain the process and she treated me in a demeaning manner and acted as if she was too busy...I asked to speak with a manager and she refused to call him for ke as well...I doubt she represents the true character of this union
I have been in a union for 30 years and have great regard for the men and woman who really make our country what it is....
But she should not be working here as a the firsr person to greet prospective workers
Very friendly, helpful, and informative. I would come work in your local any day.
I love this union it has saved my life!!! I would be working to dead end jobs if not been for this brotherhood!!! If your thinking about joining stop thinking and show up!!
Your website is a total disaster. When it's actually working, it shows wages from 2007. No wonder you can't actually get new members. The only increases this local has made in membership the last 20 years was by absorbing other neighboring locals. Organizing is non-existent. That's why the market share blows. Poor leadership for decades now. Only 2 people are helpful at this local...Joe Dabbs and Lori
The staff is the most horrible, and unprofessional. They don't deserve to represent the hard working citizens.
One day I'm work here as a electrician as my job for myself it going to be easy its lot to learn but I ain't give up that easy to work there of being a electrician.
