start of rental no problem (payment by card for entering the apartment) then impossible to pay the rent never received my email with my rib for the debit, 2 months of unpaid rent after I was answered at my last mail telling me to contact someone else which I do and I get an automatic psedo mail and a link to manually pay by card. Following this loss of employment on my side, no one reachable ... you know the rest in France eh ^^ '
In short, agency with 0 follow-ups, I never had a problem before going through them. I also pity the owners who pass by them ... this agency is beautiful from afar but far from beautiful ...
