TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED! I visited an apartment (it was the tenant who showed me around) and I was told to put a file on a platform. I took 2 hours 30 to complete the file online because the files did not pass. Once the file is completed, no return. I called the agency, I am told that I am called and I am never called. I called the person who had scheduled the visit, no response, no call back either. I strongly recommend.
