The facilities of the swimming pool and gardens are not as they are in the pictures

A beautiful experience that deserves the five stars and a fine deal. May God make them happy, especially employee Loay. I like to thank him for his good treatment and kindness with us and all the staff. I thank them for their kindness and constant smile.

Very bad ... I thought it is a 4 star hotel .. but the service was just 1 star ... very dirty ... they took a few more money from me ... there is no shampoo, no brush teeth, nothing else ...
I will not come back to this hotel in the future ..

Three weeks after departing this hotel I was contacted on WhatsApp by an employee of this hotel who had obtained my confidential information from his workplace.
This employee told me that I had a balance owing and that my taxi driver has said he would return to pay the remaining bill. This of course, was a complete lie.
When I was checking out on the morning of my departure it was clear the receptionist had no idea how to do his job. At first he was accusing me of staying an extra day, despite all of the evidence I showed him to the contrary.
Finally he processed the payment on my credit card and I was assured the bill had been settled.
Now three weeks later, this employee was harrassing me via WhatsApp with my contact information that should have been kept confidential by this establishment.
Their accusations don t even make any sense - why would I only pay a portion of the bill when I had a perfectly working credit card ready to process? And why would a taxi driver offer to pay the bill for a complete stranger who is willing and able to settle any amounts owing right then and there? It is complete nonsense!
It appears that this employee charged through the wrong amount, it was deducted from his salary and he decided to accuse me (and my witness taxi driver) of lying.
I contacted the management of this hotel, expecting some kind of explanation and apology but instead the General Manager accused me of knowing there was a balance outstanding but leaving anyway!
Clearly the mistake was made by the receptionist, but instead of the hotel emailing me like a professional establishment and resolving the issue, my contact details were passed to an employee so he could accuse and harass me three weeks later. And the manager saw no problem with any of this!
Disgusting customer service and I would never step foot in this place ever again!

Traveling alone great service and amazing hospitality.

I liked my stay there. The rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Good room service but the WiFi needs to improved. The food is also good.

A lovely place away from the clutter, clean rooms, working for the coachers and collaborators .... I advise you to do it.

Staff very friendly and helpful, but nothing of a 4-star hotel, no bedding, no breakfast or no water in the shower and pool that is used only for decorations.

It's my run away and get away inside Amman! I love the pool, the staff are amazing ! ! And Mr. Jihad Ajoury is the best!!!

Maybe the price of the hotel is a little expensive compared to other hotels, but it is nice considering its location and the quietness of the neighborhood.
The crew did not greet me at first, but the next day I was treated very well, and very friendly by the "glasses" man supervising the breakfast, who was nice. Also one of the reception staff, whom I asked about Amman public offices, he explained to me in detail and in all kindness.
The swimming pool is under maintenance.
Breakfast is good and varied.
Parking is available beside the hotel but it is dark at night.
The price might be expensive considering the hotels from its category, but it was ok and located in a quiet area. I didn t get welcome at first but at the next day I found a great service from the man with glasses who was the responsible for the breakfast. Also one of the receptionist treated me very good. He answered my questions nicely.

The Breakfast has a variety of food.
Parking is in front of the hotel and there s another parking beside but it's dark at night.

The reception staff were nice and generous.The food was delicious and tasty,but the room cleaning service was average.

An advantage is that it is close to the Al abdali Mall were you can buy a sim card and eat as soon as you git to Amaan.

A quiet hotel in the middle of Amman but the problem is congestion on the fourth roundabout

Of the worst hotels where I lived in the old mattresses and dirt and bed and sheets and was cool although many operators of air-conditioning and bathroom Mafi Shataf and not such breakfast very very bad and expensive Maistahl not a star tip for one to live in it and the best of the family never drinks all

High prices comparing with the service level and offered items , and inaccurate with the charges

Very calm and away from the crowd on the 4th round about but with 10 minutes walking distance to it..

Great hotel, spacious room. Cleanliness is de rigueur throughout the hotel. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, always very attentive. Good food, varied breakfast buffet. Too bad it is a bit far from everything but just order a taxi or Uber (cheap) at the reception

For a budget stay at a nice clean hotel this is a great option in a very central area in middle of Amman

Normally i dont rate a hotel this bad, but really they are even worth nothing.
The they try to get money from the guest in anyway possible. Just like old cheap hotels.
Be away, don t be tempted by the low price offered. Still not worth it.
1. Reception are rude.
2. Rooms are filled with cigarette scents.
3. House keeping is really not much.
4. Lobby is 80 s era.

Staff at breakfast were great though.

Not married couples are nit allowed to take one room

Doesn't look like a 4 star hotel, but for the price they offer for a large room definitely I'm happy about it! And besides the Irish pub in front of it serves alcohol and one the best burgers your can try!

Bathroom too small,mounted TV with HDMI ports unreachable.

Take me a room from the hotel

Its rooms are limited to services but the staff at the hotel force you to go down, especially Ayman al-Ajloun, a very respectable man who is very lucky to have hired him in this place.
It does not prevent you from placing a note that may benefit from downloading and it has troublesome doors because it is non - buffer to sound well and the family needs to change in order to be more comfortable.

I wouldn't recommend this place. No value for money.

Reception staff are unprofessional. We asked for upgrade and we were welling to pay and they told us that they could certainly do it and it would be free of charge. The next day when we packed our stuff to change our room, the guy denied his words and lied that the general manager have advices him that our request is denied, however when I went down to speak to the GM, I found out that he was not even aware of the entire subject. House keeping staff especially Mohammed were very nice along with the old guy at the restaurant.

One star is too much for this dirty place !! I never saw dirty bathroom like this !

Very dirty, very dirty, and there is a bad smell inside the room

A reasonable 4 star hotel located in a quiet residential area, with 2 nice restaurants and bar near by.

Amazing service great staff tasty midnight roomservice. Clean rooms big beds.

No soap in the bathroom, air conditioning not working, pretty dirty. The breakfast was not amazing either.

Crowded surrounded area.
No tourist attraction point near the place.
Prices are low
