The hotel is located within residential neighborhoods, the street in front of it is crowded with cars, and parking is not enough.
The entrance to the festive hall is inappropriate as it goes down a long, uncomfortable staircase.
The hall is rather small.

Hotel is great and clean in a quiet area
The staff are generally helpful and courteous
And especially brother Zakaria Bitar and Brother Ahmed in their great cooperation and hospitality
Note Only at the breakfast level you need to change it and change it to full 4-star level

If you can not find a hotel in Amman, only Amman, West, I would like you to respect its humanity and go to Aqaba or any hotel outside Amman. All the pictures attached in the Bouknak lie and all the services lie and I am from the hotel bed now Write this comment Dinner price One dish 170 riyals 36 JD The price is very expensive
And the smells of the wines from the doors of the hotel, I will seek refuge in God the Great High from his anger

I was a guest at your hotel from thurs 10th to fri 11th travelling with Exodus. I was in room room 312 and my friend was in 311. During that time one of your staff had access to my money wallet and exchanged my dinars for Indian rupees - this also happened to my friend whose dinars were replaced with polish currency. I wish you to know you may have a thief working in your midst and will be reporting it to Exodus tours. Lynette Jordan
