You get what you pay for. This place is extremely depressing. Drab, unfriendly staff with no personality. In the middle of nowhere, no place to catch a taxi, the hotels taxi will cost you 5 times what a regular taxi will charge. They are pushy and will aggressively pester you to pay for a tour or a trip to the dead sea. The beds are so uncomfortable, it's like sleeping on a trampoline. The air conditioner blows out warm air. Breakfast here wont keep you going for very long. It is just toast, boiled eggs and tin food. Tin hummus, tin olives, tin broad beans. Gross luncheon meat that looks and tastes like dog food, processed square cheese, some manky salad. Coffee is instant. Milk is powdered. The ladies toilets in reception are extremely high which is strange since Arab women are notorious for being short.

I wonder how this hotel got 4 stars

I wonder how this hotel got 4 stars
Cleanliness and bad service
Good breakfast buffet
Equip the room with things that should be bad .. In things that must be placed and did not put towels and bathrobes used a lot
Overlooking the pool and excellent trees
Several hotels allowed us to sit for 2 or 3 hours, but only one hour
Even though we entered at 5:30 pm

I placed two stars, despite my negative impression, but I hope that the hotel accommodation is not at the same level as the reception.

I didn t stay at the hotel, I just drove my friend who made reservations online ...

My impression of the hotel is not positive for the following reasons:
* First, I could not find a place to park the car in front of the hotel.
--------------
* Secondly, we were not received by a manger to receive the bags, and the guest and I woke up carrying the bags.

Great hotel to spend the night alone. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. Hotel was under renovation when we stayed. New rooms look neat, but no overwhelming luxury. Staff very friendly and helpful
