RUDE! I couldn't get through on their business lin...

RUDE! I couldn't get through on their business line so I emailed. I was told they set it up this way to prevent sales call. Well it also prevents customer calls. Therefore I couldn't use their services. I had to find another repair shop for my broken phone.( I mean really... I COULD NOT GET THROUGH on his phone line. You can't call to schedule a repair if you can't get through.)The owner then told me he didn't want my business anyway, THEN he proceeded to post our email exchange on his facebook page with my user name in full view so I could get harassed by people thanks to his rude PUBLIC attack on ME. He was very nasty in this post fully blaming ME for this when his business phone not working is the issue. I was never rude to this man. I only said that he lost me as a customer. I reported his post to Facebook. Though I doubt that will do any good. It's a shame too. His business is close by and it would have been very convenient to take my phones there for repair.
