They also refuse to make conventional loan repairs. Weve paid thousands on inspections and appraisals they now get to keep for free. They refuse to sell the house for $1 less than top market value And it's a total fixer upper. Listing as if it is in perfect condition. Cost us time and money. Takes days or weeks to get a reply. Lied numerous times about condition of property and that repairs were made.
