Horrible. I have sent a request for quote twice, left a message and all with zero response. If you need to replace canvas don't waste your time trying to get something from them, just start elsewhere.

Poor quality product as well as poor customer support. Canvas got damaged at the connection between the front rod and plastic. Plastic broke to pieces. Contacted Regal for the warranty claim, Regal forwarded some nonsense responses from Ameritex stating that I didn't properly installed the cover. The rod was inserted into plastic and canvas was very tight, so I know everything was in tact on my part. It's very disappointing to have purchased this very expensive cover that broke on a second ride and deal with the company that won't stand behind their product while blaming on client. Will file a complaint with better business bureau.

CAUTION!!!!!
Do not use this company!!!!
My husband ordered Bimini tops for our Formula. Not only did they send the tops to the wrong address when we finally got them they were the wrong tops and zipper attachments. We ve tried getting in touch with this company multiple multiple multiple times. They won t return our emails or take our phone calls. We feel scammed and taken advantage of. We currently have our lawyer writing up paper work to serve this company. Do not waste your money here because they will waste your time!

Ameritex is busy with their boat builders therefor...

Ameritex is busy with their boat builders therefore they cut off all customer service to everyone. They won't return even an email and even say so on their website. I've never seen anything like it. Their boat building partners can't be too happy with them giving no service to their clients! We will see where they are when the boat building slows down due to the "pull forward of demand." They will be begging for the OEM business.

I guess if nothing more, my experience can serve as a cautionary tale for someone else considering using this company for their canvas. I ordered my bimini top last year when we bought the boat. It arrived more than two months late, after being told the fabric was discontinued. No instructions for installation were supplied, even when requested. It was expensive to begin with, so I thought the quality would be better than my local canvas shop. It wasn't. The top arrived damaged from shipping, with the binding missing on the fabric edge. Of course, no one to talk to at Ameritex, so I get to have my marina repair the damage and quality issues at my expense - making an overpriced top even worse.
