However, there is a high risk that you may be guided through a narrow road like a ridiculous beast road on GoogleMap, so it is best to guide the route with the navigation you are familiar with.

If you buy a parking ticket in advance, it is convenient because it can be parked inside.
There is a course around the parking lot, so if you walk a little, you will be running!
Good places are suppressed early in the morning, but those who only go around the main stand can afford even in the afternoon (in the case of the final)

Even if there is a problem with the vehicle, there are nearby places such as TMR for 4 wheels, Karetei for 2 wheels, etc. so it is safe to have trouble when traveling by car or stopping by.
The beef skewers at Karetei, which has a store in Autopolis, are also the best.

The parking lot is large, it is easy to get a parking lot ticket in the hall, and I think that you can park in the hall even if you come late. There are many toilets , so you can rest assured. Luxury cars and GT cars are also on display at the booth, and there are shops to eat, so I think you can enjoy it all day long. I think there are many events such as race queens and talk shows of players.

When SGT is held, if you arrive early, you will be parked in the parking lot on the premises, and at first glance it seems that the distance traveled by walking is short, but on the contrary it will be walked.
Especially on the way back, it takes more than an hour just to leave the site due to heavy traffic.
When the car is almost full, it may stop near the entrance gate, but in reality this is a long walk, but it is a lucky pattern that you can get out immediately when you get in the car.
When the on-site parking lot is finally full, you will use the off-site parking lot, but this is the easiest and fastest way to return.
You can move smoothly between the outside parking lot and the inside of Autopolis by shuttle bus, and it is very fast because some back roads that general vehicles can not pass from the site to the outside parking lot are used (buses are given priority even on general roads. )

The only place in Kyushu where Super Formula and Super GT are held.
It's spacious and there are toilets everywhere, so it helps.
Since it is deep in the mountains, fog may occur on rainy days, so the 2018 Super Formula Final has been canceled. Too bad.

The course layout, which takes advantage of the magnificent terrain, has a feeling that cannot be tasted at other circuits.

As a circuit, there are ups and downs, difficult corners, a difficult course comparable to Suzuka.
You can see both the final corner, the second hairpin of the overtake point, and the final corner.
However, there is heavy traffic from the return parking lot when using SGT, so we recommend that you enter early (before 10am).

I used to visit as a driver, but this time I went to watch the game.

Although some of the facilities built during the bubble period were damaged by the 2016 Kumamoto earthquake, the international racing course supervised by Toshitoshi Sakurai is still alive.

In addition, there are many participatory events for both motorcycles and automobiles, and the frontage is unexpectedly wide.
If you like motor sports in Kyushu, you should visit once.

There are difficulties only in facilities built in nature.
It is not uncommon for events to be postponed or canceled due to fog.
Also, access is poor and you have to drive at least 30 minutes by car from the nearest city.
In winter, it turns into a snowy area and the course closes frequently.

Although I wrote a lot, it can be said that it is an attractive facility including them.

I went running for a while. You can enjoy gripping and drifting all day long.

I have been using it for more than 20 years and it is the origin of my motorsport activities.
During that time, the operating organization changed about twice, but each had its own merits, and they always offered the service through trial and error.

Of course, I also obtained a course license, but initially the rules for using normal four-wheel driving were strict, and a racing suit, a four-point harness, and in some cases a roll cage were essential.
Since I didn't have much money at the time, it was difficult to prepare a circuit-only car, and I was reluctant to attach a 4-point harness or roll cage (need to make a body hole) to the town car I bought on loan. As a result, it was almost unavailable in the end.

Therefore, I mainly participated in the AP Cup (experience-based driving), which has a comparatively gentle participation regulation, and a driving event hosted by a magazine.
However, when financially available, I was overwhelmed by family events and work this time, and I noticed that circuit driving and motor sports were completely estranged ...

However, I think Autopolis is a wonderful circuit that can be proud of to the world in both course layout and incidental equipment.
I'm currently living in Kansai due to work, but someday I want to return to Oita and start running again!
