Poor quality product as well as poor customer support. Canvas got damaged at the connection between the front rod and plastic. Plastic broke to pieces. Contacted Regal for the warranty claim, Regal forwarded some nonsense responses from Ameritex stating that I didn't properly installed the cover. The rod was inserted into plastic and canvas was very tight, so I know everything was in tact on my part. It's very disappointing to have purchased this very expensive cover that broke on a second ride and deal with the company that won't stand behind their product while blaming on client. Will file a complaint with better business bureau.
