Food is good and the game rooms have everything you want to play. Also great entertainment .

Don't go here with anyone under 21 unless you'd like to be treated like pariahs. My partially handicapped wife, 18-year-old son and I went to eat at the buffet. Using her walker, my wife asked the greeter how we could get to the buffet. He told her we'd have to walk to the valet entrance (quite a distance) and ask for assistance there. Once there, we found no one at the valet desk and eventually found a parking attendant to tell us we needed to approach the service desk. There a nice gentleman explained we would need an escort through the casino floor and gave us the scarlet letter we would have to display while passing through. After suffering these indignities, the food was second rate.

Friendly staff, especially on the shuttle to the Casino and at the Casino Cafe. Clean rooms, soft towels, firm bed!!! I lost money but gained an experience!!! Thanks!

I was at a luncheon at the Heritage Buffet. The food was delicious and the service excellent!

Adequate. I could get the assistance I needed but staff could definitely have been friendlier.

I was excited to check out a riverboat casino, and in the area for work. The outside looked awesome, the inside was super smokey and had garbage on the carpet. We clearly didn't know where to go no signs just looking lost, and it was really hard to find anyone that worked there that wasn't avoiding eye contact and walking off. Finally found where you sign up ourselves and got in line. We heard some casinos put a little money on the card your first time, we told the girl at the desk after waiting in an impossibly long smokey line it was our first time. She asked us info like our phone number, addy, email... we figured they were confirming we were new. She gives us our cards, saying nothing. So we go off to the slots, and find a $0 balance. Why did they need all our info then? Whatever, we go to a touchscreen machine, to try to put some money on the card. It asks us for our pin. We weren't given a pin, and the number on the card doesn't work as it. At this point, I've inhaled enough second hand smoke to take a year off my life. Even the tiny non smoking area on Level 1 (down the escalator) has ashtrays and people smoking. I also saw very few cocktail waitresses, and none were carrying any drinks or asking anyone what they wanted. This place had the best reviews? Oh what a world.

It's was great all we did was stop in for dinner but the buffet was awsome

If you do not look 21 you can not get in. 30 year old son forgot his ID could not get in. Security said he looked under 18

Only went to play at the casino but it wasn't the best too much smoke really crowded

Feels dingy & gross. Definitely glad I did not stay at the hotel. The outside view is nice.

They charge for drinks. The staff was rude and had no manners. The machines never pay out. The smell is awful.

e stayed here for a night and played a little bit at the casino on our way to Texas. We checked into a smoking room. The room was cleaner than expected, and didn't even smell like a smoking room. All of the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful!
Instead of driving we took the shuttle over to the casino. I loved the shuttle driver, she was so nice and cheerful, and full of life! She really just wanted to make sure you got to where you were going safely.
I think really the only issue was our server at the casino restaurant. She gave us our bill and disappeared shortly after we got our food and never came back to check on us.
Overall this was a great stop in our trip,.... even though I didn't hit it big!.. maybe next time.

It's a casino, it's as nice as the other's. It will take your money, you've been warned.

They are running a really good scam at this establishment. One of the best scams I ve seen in a while. Keep milking that cow. But pretty soon the milk runs out.

Loved this casino! Staff is great and I won at the Blackjack table on a Saturday night!

It was a good place and lots of fun but drink service needs some work because it was hard to even catch them coming by and then would take forever to get a drink after you ordered

Need to come around and offer you something to drink...other than that my experience was great!

It's a famy favorite, with the all you can eat crab legs for a decent price as well. For my first time visit I didnt really get to enjoy the whole buffet as we went there when it was almost closing time. We still had a good amount of food though and the servers there are very friendly. We also enjoyed the casino part with unlimited drinks.

Patrons are not allowed to exit with self service coffee.

This place had the worst menu I've ever seen I could have went to Denny's and got the same stuff or to a 5 item Buffet for a Creole or Cajun buffet or whatever it is they're it sure was not that everything seemed like it was out of a can it was just nasty I don't recommend to anyone eats there they charged us $15 for a $7 Buffet if it was even worth that I recommend everyone stay away from that Buffet

Location is great,right off the interstate.there is a casino right across the street which the hotel provides a free shuttle.rooms are overpriced and not very clean.

The graveyard stewarding super is disrespectful to the swing shift workers

One of my favorite Casinos. I like the shuttle they provide back and forth to the Ameristar. The shuttle drivers are very friendly, which adds to the overall experience.

Well I couldn't get room bc they said they didn't have one available to my friend whom I was with and she told them we drove over 2 hrs with a newborn and a 9 year old so I ended up go in to my family and stayed the rest of the nite and next morning with the two babies while my friend went and played slots

Only 3 stars because the female security at the front door is the most unprofessional a**hole I ve ever met. She should find a different profession since she is horrible with the public. This was at 12:10 pm for lunch on 7/20/2019. I will never come back

OK Casino. Sketchy characters roam about and hit you up for money in the bathroom. Some of the dealers have attitude.

Nicest Casino in Vicksburg. The Heritage buffet is good. Bourbon is my favorite restaurant in this casino.
They have a variety of games. Large slot machine options. The blackjack tables are always full on the weekends. The Baccarat tables are fun, they offer 3 tables. They usually open 2 baccarat tables, but when there are many baccarat tables, they will open the third table.
Some of the dealers are not too friendly, and some are nice. My favorite dealer is Latoya.
I have stayed at the hotel and the employees at the hotel are very respectful and nice.
They play a diverse genre of music to accommodate to their diverse crowd of people. But, overall it is a fun place.

I'm a huge saints fan ! Watched saints game with lots of saints fan witch was surprisingly its north Mississippi there are more Dallas fans but the bar was huge an beautiful!

Do not come to this casino they are robbing people with the slots! I repeat go to the other that will atleast give you a bonus.

Killer when you walk out the door with $1,800 how could I give a bad review well I guess for stars cuz I didn't walk out of there with 20,000 hahaha

Awesome and very clean casino, plenty of free parking, free self serve soda fountains throughout the casino floor. Worth checking out if you re in the area

Bed is good. No refridgerator ! No free breakfast ! Have to drive to get food.
No binder in the room for dining recommendations, amenities, etc. Nice to have shuttle to casino.

It's a casino. They have restaurants, easy access and handicap friendly. Free parking.

The casino was limited due to Covid. The buffet signs said it was voted the best 12 years in a row. I beg to differ. I felt as if I was chewing in rubber when tasting the shrimp boil. The cake was dry. Nothing was actually good. I was severely disappointed and traveled a bit of miles to try it. I would maybe recommend but food had been sitting out all day. The staff was extremely friendly.I feel bad for them to be serving such an extremely sub par product. I don t recommend until Covid is over. The views were beautiful and that was the bonus.

I m not a frequent gambler, but I have been in probably a dozen casinos over the years (Vegas, Oklahoma, Shreveport), and I ve never been treated rudely by staff until I went here

Good casino on the river. Slots and table games nightly buffet. Hotel is across the street is the only downside.

Seemed to be the only place to get a drink after 9pm. It's a small casino, but decent.

A very nice place to relax and enjoy. Great food, nice people (both guests and employes), and...free beers! I'm not from this place, but I sure want to be back here sooner rather than later.
