It is a nice facility but the house wins most always and if you have money to give them you might win something but if you dont leave right then with it you will give it back

It's a nice environment and smells very clean and looks very clean when you first walk in. It's kinda small though. Hollywood seems way bigger and has more variety in machines.

It a nice place to go eat and drink watch TV. They have nice people working there to help you to.

Hotel room was not vacuumed or dusted and the beds were HORRIBLE!!! They felt like they were going to break down when you sat on them not to mention
how uncomfortable they were-pillows are terrible! They ask you to fill out a comment card and nobody gets back with you so don't know if they got them or not - guessing they went in the trash!

If you don't want to be robbed Stay away it looks good for that reason

This is my favorite local casino and we have several ones to chose from in the area. I don't know if I have any more luck here, but it is really just the total package. The hotel is very nice, rooms are larger and well appointed, with a very nice spa. (My one and only spa experience was here, it was a great way to spend a few hours.) There are a couple of nice restaurants in addition to the diner and sports bar, so you have multiple options to eat. And the upscale ones are very nice.

Should not have to go to 2nd floor for non smoking.

Awesome experience! Casinos are always fun and entertaining! My brother hit a $1,300 jackpot playing slots. Two staff members had to come over to do a hand payout. Extremely friendly and congratulatory, could tell they were excited for you! Also has other options other than gambling, such as a nightclub, restaurants, and bars. Highly reccomend!

Very solid casino with hotel, and I've been to quite a few. Tables have reasonable rules and minimums, a whole upper level of slots, and a pretty tasty buffet. Arcade for the kids although not sure how well that's kept up.

The variety of restaurants makes sure you applaud can get what you want.

Nothing hitting , no bonuses , since boyd took over the machines are tighter and if you hit a bonus might make back your bet.

I've been here a few times over the past couple of years to play some craps, and it's never been a bad time; it was just recently taken over by Boyd Gaming as well, which is the one player's club I've joined. Unfortunately, they're just now switching over and haven't quite gotten their club cards sorted out; I presented my card from another Boyd casino (Par-a-dice in Peoria to be specific) and it wasn't honored tonight, but I could've gotten a new card here to fix that. I won a few bucks tonight, but I'm subtracting a star for the brushoff I received tonight. I was able to get a spot at the craps table and won $30, stepped away to grab a beer and a smoke (about 10 minutes), and when I returned the guys who I was standing between previously wouldn't let me have my spot back; yes, I picked up my chips, but I would have hoped the folks running the table would've recognized that I had been there and told folks to make a hole for me. Ultimately, a rude dude who got to the table after me squeezed his way in and completely shut me out; I said screw them all and pulled another $25 out of the electronic roulette wheel instead, so it worked out in my favor but it wasn't really what I was wanting to do. I know, I could've shoved my way back in but I try my best to be polite; it won't keep me from coming back, but it would have been awesome if the craps dealers would have been a bit more proactive in getting back to my spot.

Well the desk clerk at the casino entrance carded me and my girlfriend when we were not even going into the casino. We went for the buffet as we walked to go to the buffet the clerk pointed at us from across the main walkway and made a hand gesture like he was holding a card. I pointed to myself and he shook his head yes making the card hand gesture again. I gave him the ids. Then once we arrived at the buffet you have to pay to go in so I gave Credit card to the woman to pay and it prompts you to tip the lady at the front of the buffet that works there made a rude comment about my tip So I said I want my money back because it is not her place to determine how much I tip If they have a problem with the amount I tip they should add Gratuity to the bill. My sister was married at The casino in 2011 During her wedding when we went to go to the casino their security guards where not very kind I've been there a few times but after my last experience I will not go back. Gambling for the first time with an old friend had a blast

this is my favorite casino in St.Louis the only drawback is it's a long walk to get to the casino they have the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in and the most amazing swimming pool there food at the many outlets is wonderful and a very very wide selection no matter what you want to eat the employees are happy to help any way they can and if they don't know the answer they'll find it for you and last of all they have the absolute best selection of denominations and slot machines available and you really don't care whether you win or lose as long as you're enjoying yourself

I love it here my husband and I always came here & he's won a great amount of money & the buffet there is so good everything I ate was good can't wait to get back here to eat

We stopped in for s few drinks and something to eat. We stopped at the deli that's next to the poker room. It was good. Its a cozy little place. Love the casino because it was very opulent. It was fun walking around taking it all in.

Well are car got broken into around 730 while we were at dinner for my husband's birthday. Do you think they did anything for us??? Nope.

The place is magnificent with great service and a relaxing atmosphere.

Went to eat in VIP room and not only was it freezing but it was full of those little fruit flies/nats surrounding the food. I brought it to the attention of the staff. The manager came over to my table to inform the following day they have an appointment to spray.

We didn't go to stay at the resort so I can't rate that. However, I was very disappointed in the pay out at the casino. There were four of us & none of us won anything. The machines weren't even paying enough for us to play for an hour without putting in more money. We don't get there very often and am wondering if we will return again. Not a good gambling experience.

This place must be one of the levels of Heaven. The service is absolutely outstanding. The steam room, whirlpool, and showers are peaceful, beautiful and divine and access is affordable. If you have the time one afternoon I say, "Treat Yo Self"

Love the rooms here the customer service could be a lot better we wanted to stay another night due to being at the casino so late but the manager and matnance man came up pounding on the door as I explained to them we had got the room again the lady or so called manager told us they were all booked even though it showed they had availability

Always a nice place to be! Could really use a little updating in the casino/conference areas though. It's getting a little stale. Chairs in the conference area are really dirty and poorly placed. It definitely needs a little tlc in those spaces

EVERYTIME I goTo the Starbucks here no one is ever at the counter, I talked to one worker after waiting five minutes for my food Like usual and she said that she was the only one working The boss needs to at least hire more people this is the worst Starbucks been to!

We stayed there the weekend of the 10th for a wedding. Our experience was definitely not to write home about. Checked in only to have issues with our door not always closing all the way. Didn't have time to do a room move but wish we did. Once we got back to the room only to find one of our TV didn't work,door had a crack in it, mold in the shower,dirty furniture and small little nail that was by the stairs leading to living area. We were so disappointed with the experience and service that we hosted wanted to leave.

They're still collecting money. I didn't see anyone getting paid. 5th time straight loosing since they reopened. I hope it turns around soon for everyone.

I had the hardest time finding the Casino from the parking garage no signs

My friends and I went in for the Sunday morning champagne brunch and it was fantastic! There was a manager there who personally escorted us to our table, I believe her name was Melissa, and she was just the sweetest person! As first time guests, she made us feel welcome and even gave us a quick run down of the different buffet stations until our server came to take our drink orders. If everyone on your staff provides this type of service then my hats off to you

Disappointed, too long to award bonuses. When in the bonus, win amounts very low even while playing the max amount.

Ok, but you can still smell smoke at the 2nd casino floor, even though it's non-smoking and the smell travels upwards.

I worked a tradeshow here in their conference center. The room was way too hot. Seemed like there was no AC at all. The conference center is a long walk from the parking garage.

People were great, crinks were fairly priced, nice atmosphere, great food. Overall lovely experience.

I went here to party with my dance group. We had a great time. We were at the bottle neck bar and another location within the casino on different nights. They were private events. I gambled a little and lost my little $40. It was all good. My friends went to a sandwich spot in the casino and said the sandwiches were pretty good.

Staff wasnt on the same page with policy. Called down to desk whilst enjoying my dinner because employee messed up my payment Information and they wouldnt even attempt to handle on the phone. room service was both late and wrong,but the kitchen was closed by the time our food finaly arrived so there was nothing that could be done. Wont be staying here again . also spa is double the price of the massage miricale literaly down the street not even half a mile. Also our room had not been cleaned once while we were there. Just a cart on our floor

I only went to the nightclub but I had a great time. The drinks weren't too crazy in price and the music was great. The dance floor was kind of bright for my liking but overall I had a good time.

Cost represents the quality you receive; on our last visit they were out of many of our favorite dishes. The casino is fun, plenty of variety. I prefer the bar near high roller /tables. Free pour vs metered at other options.

Today only got a ceasar salad with chicken of course. Had to leave some room for Thanksgiving. They have great salads

I have no idea what this place is like. Since I drive a truck I was immediately run off by the security guard. I was told I can't park here and he doesn't care where I go. I won't come back and I will make it a point to tell others the same.

The gaming experience was dampned by the FACT that guest were allowed to ignore or disregard the mask requirement. Also, there is a policy in place that allows patrons to "claim" an inability to tolerate the wearing of ANY type of face covering without any confirmation of any alleged condition that would keep them from wearing some type of face covering. Other than dodging and avoiding patrons who were not in compliance the exkeriece was good.

One star is overrated. Long story short. Broke my ankle Friday the 13th! Married my best friend 9-21! So due to a week notice we had to change our honeymoon around completely, we chose to go to Ameristar for dinner/fun. We get there I used my crutches for the first hour at the restaurant. Then we go to the slots/bar for another hour or more. Wait 20 mins minimum for 2 drinks!! my husband seen me hurting goes to ask for a wheelchair and AMERISTAR said we need to sign up for a membership and come through valet parking etc!! ( This was a complete splurge we don't come this way enough for all that)( live over 2hrs away)Just feel like being that we had already spent quite bit of money and it was more than obvouis I could use a chair and they refused one was just Soo aggervating !! ( Have own wheelchair in bed of truck it was wet from rain) needless to say we were done spending money there. Went to River City and was greeted with a wheelchair at the front door!!

Best place for gaming I have been to yet! Always friendly staff working. They are on top of making sure patrons wear masks. Keep things wiped down and disinfected as well.

Hopefully funds in my account will look more promising and I can come back to play sooner than I had planned on.
