Great collection of condos with a personal touch. All of the staff are extremely nice. Unfortunately, it still has a hotel feel, but otherwise a great experience. A short walk to the Beaver Creek town center, great location.
I was the winning bidder at a charity auction on a weekend stay in a condo here during non-ski season, which is great because I don't ski. We came for my birthday in Mid-August. It has been great! The place is undergoing some renovations (and honestly needs some others) but it is clean, beautiful, the food at Black Diamond is amazing, the service is great, everyone is friendly, the pool is awesome and I highly recommend it! Im going to try and be the winning bidder on this at the next auction February so we can come back next summer. Be sure to venture out and check out Avon or Vail. We drove about 10-15 minutes away to do some off-the-grid gold panning and some shooting at 2 Elk also. Having a blast!!

This is an excellent Beaver Creek property. Have stayed here for the past 4 years. The staff is always extremely helpful and professional whether it comes to arranging rides and shuttles or recommending something to do on the mountain. Having an equipment rental and ski shop on site makes things extremely convenient. The units are very well maintained.
Go to the Spa while in beaver Creek. Really nice and service is fantastic
There were many breakdowns in the service. The room was less than I expected for the area. There was no real seating in the room other than a boot bench and an ottoman. The lights were very dim. The fan was broken. The overnight maintenance guy who brought me the replacement fan was really the star of the show. He was polite and friendly.
Come here for three years now will always come back.

The Charter has always been our go to place for Oktoberfest over labor day weekend. Partly because of tradition and partly because of convenience and customer service. It's a great Central location to the Beaver Creek village and the rooms are nice.

The hotel is nice but don t stay in the summer. The rooms are not air conditioned. Our room stayed at a steady 93 degrees no matter how many windows we opened. Miserable.
Great affordable place to stay. Best features other than ski in and out? Two outdoor hot tubs, great workout space and spa, good at The bistro bar. The helpful directions at each elevator of how to get from where you are to where you want to go.

The customer service throughout the hotel was top notch! Woyld return just for that fact alone. However, the hotel is beautiful and located close to shopping/eating. Will be back soon!
I chose this because other places are better, like the Ritz-Carlton next to it.

I was a guest at the charter from 2-25-2016 thru 3-3-2016, As my stay was wonderful I have one complaint. The green bus that would take us to the lodge where the kids were staying, on 2-29-2016 My husband and I were going to the lodge to ski and the bus driver stopped us off away from the curb that was find other than my husband miss that and fell. The bus driver did not even get out of the bus to see if he was okay or not. This happen around 12:30 pm. The result of that was we had to walk over to the ER after x-rays my husbands elbow was cracked in two places he needs surgery. The bus driver was a Hispanic and the name on the bus read Offerson street. We now are back home and have the surgery scheduled for tomorrow. We had a lot of family there for my nephews wedding. It was a bad time for my husband and the driver did not seem to care. He should have checked him out and drove us at least to the ER. We stayed in the Charter room 6220. Just wanted you to know.
Love the charter for the price. Clean one bedroom condo. We've stayed here several times. Easy access to the slopes. Their on-site restaurant does not open until three.The breakfast buffet is awesome and you are treated very well here. They really look after you. Don't expect the Ritz. But a great place to stay in Beavercreek.

I love the location and amenities at The Charter - the pool is superb, and the rooms are first class. My experience at Spa Struck was also terrific (Nate is a great massage therapist).
My only disappointment was with the bell desk staff - they were not at all friendly, and bordered on rude behavior. The bellman told me he was 'doing me a favor' and walked away from me and then told someone else to take care of me.
My only other comment is that they do not have food service available on Sundays - so if you want lunch at the pool, you need to go out and get it for yourself.
We've stayed at The Charter multiple times and love it. The hotel condos are beautiful and spacious, the ski-in ski-out location is very convenient, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the facilities are great for adults and families. It has everything you need and Beaver Creek plaza is steps away.

This place is amazing, spent our honeymoon here. Definitely will be back! The chocolate covered strawberries were amazing as well as the champagne, and don't forget about the rose pedals! Everything was just to die for!

Beaver Creek is wonderful it's like a fairytale brought to life. The survive is grate and the rooms are clean and species.
Cozy and well maintained. A five minute walk to centennial express lift. Great overall.
Big rooms and good restaurants. Great location. Decor is dated and the mattress is lumpy, but those are my only criticisms.

Since our review, Ryan the GM called me personally and apologized for the our unfortunate experience. He explained he had some staff turnover and was urgently called away during our stay and invited us back and wanted to make it an experience more like it should've been. We returned on Feb 27th and I must say it certainly was. From the moment we pulled up, checked in, got settled and throughout our stay the staff and accommodations were exactly what we expected at a Beaver Creek resort. Kudos to Ryan and the staff. A special shout out to Cameron at the Valet, Kat at Front Desk, the young lady (can't remember her name) Bartender at the Terrace and all the guys in the Ski Shop (Excellent service and professionalism).

The Charter is the best family resort in the village of Beaver Creek. It has pools, pizza, game room, and free cookies!
I always stay in room 7210. I have visited for 30 years and the room and The Charter have only improved with time. Arriving is like coming home. I am not wealthy, but staying here makes me feel like a million bucks. The room has okay views, but has more of a secluded feel due to trees outside. The bathrooms and kitchen have been redone into luxury granite and tile. Every detail is cared for, which is great for cooking dinner or relaxing. I went to the inhouse Bistro and had a great view. The pool is wonderful and I adore the hot tubs. The Terrace has great food and more views. I can never say enough about my stays here. I wish I could move in.

She is very polite and went above and beyond to make sure a shuttle has been arranged, returned my calls promptly, and gave me great info on rental cars vs shuttle service. She's a delight and really an asset to the hotel. Great job Renee!
The property is beautiful and staff courteous and professional. Only problem is that it was difficult to get from Avon to the property as I had a medium size bag and a bicycle and the folks in Avon had little clue as to the transportation options.
This place is incredible!! the staff are Incredibly kind, The rooms are spotless, and the food at the restaurants are delicious!! I would recommend this place for families because it is very quiet at night and they have pools. We are coming back in a month and looking forward to it!

The overnight parking for our party of 8 was tough because we brought 3 cars. I wish there was a better system for that because it took us a while to figure out what to do. Other than that, we have enjoyed our stay a lot!
Very nice hotel but rooms are tiny. Bathroom like an airplane bathroom. Had some issues at check in as well. Not ski in, ski out, but shuttle driver was awesome. Overall very nice.

Property is laid out well, good amenities, good use some updating. Staff are friendly and helpful. Slightly over priced but loved having a wood burning fireplace place and nostalgic video games to play.
This place is okay for location but I would not stay again. We stayed in room 4355. The walls are paper thin, you hear everything. We are constantly woken up by the people above and beside us. There are no curtains on the windows just a couple woden blinds that don't do anything to keep light out, as soon as the sun is up it is bright as day. The bathroom is small and cramped with ugly dark brown tiles and hard crunchy towels. The toilet constantly runs. The bathroom fan makes a horrible noise. There is no proper tempertature control just an old thermostat for heat with no accurate temperature control. No fan in room so the air is stale. We feel completely scammed, I will never come back. They charged us 550 a night for our room which is insane for a room in this condition. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

We had a penthouse and the proximity to the slopes makes this place a great resort. I love the fact that we have our own kitchen and fireplace and everyone can congregate to make great memories. If you ski, I recommend you to take advantage of the two hot spas outside.
The person checking us in was pretty rude and asked me if I'd ever stayed in a hotel before. The beds were super comfortable and the wifi was decent. Bathroom was a bit cramped and the decor was somewhat dated. We got a pretty good deal through hotwire and using the ski lift shuttle was pretty easy. Happy hour specials were pretty good. I'd stay here again for the same price.
All was good. Had an issue with a party room above mine so they upgraded us to a nicer room to accommodate us. Hot tubs we're welcome too after a hard day skiing.
