We stayed from January 17 to January 19 during the disney on ice show.
Arrived at the hotel we discover that booking had erroneously assigned a double room instead of three beds.
At the reception they solved the problem very well by trying first to add a cot and then changing their room. Clean hotel close to the metro, practically opposite, 6 stops from the Colosseum.
If I were to return it would certainly be a choice.

Non-existent double room ok to pay little but at least the living space the room they gave me was no bigger than the bed it was hard to go to sleep I doubt that the level of carbon dioxide remains at optimal levels the first night I was sick the second I slept with the window open

I was in this hotel for a conference, it is conveniently located, 2 steps from Laurentina station, it is clean and the staff are polite.

Clean, decent rooms, but they give little to be a 4 * and poor breakfast with too sweet croissants.

A very good hotel with nice service. We booked a room for 2 nights via Weekend app. We paid hotel tax upon arrival which was 6 per Person per night (24 total) so that is one thing to know.
The whole experience was wonderful, the hotel is clean and organized, the rooms look good and the reception are also very helpful.
One small disadvantage is that the hotel isn't that central, so we had to use the metro most of the time.
Overall it's an absolute recommendation on my side.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights for work, it is very convenient for those who use the Laurentina stop in Rome, can be reached on foot in a few moments. Quiet and safe area even for those traveling alone. The hotel is rather dated in its furnishings: they reflect a classic style that tends to be more elegant than the 80s, rather than now. The bathroom of the room is very small even if clean it is equipped with all its comfort accessories. The sheets are clean only flaw the old-fashioned bedspread, fancy for those who appreciate but leave a heavy impression on the view. In the corridors you can smell old and damp, even a little in the room. I would choose it as a hotel only for its strategic position.

Despite a relatively recent renovation, in particular the facade, this hotel was hugely disappointing. The rooms are noisy, noises from the busy traffic are especially disturbing at night. The breakfast buffet is not of the best quality, and the room is also on the tight side when the hotel is full. Not recommended.

Good hotel in front of the Laurentina metro B stop (blue line). The staff is very courteous but the interior is really remarkable how dimensions. In the meeting it organized you have entered more than 60 people comfortably. The hotel, however, suffers from the lack of parking nearby

Today, as a guest for a business meeting in this hotel, which I had known for over 40 years, appropriately renovated and very bright, I found a small problem. In the room where we were about 60 people the air conditioning could not be adjusted. On or off! We are in May so the maximum air conditioning was exaggerated and not necessary but without a minimum change of air the environment was not pleasant. Sin

Paid and full parking, they ask me what time I will have breakfast in the morning, I wake up I go to breakfast on time and I can't find the croissants (saying it was early 7:30); staff at the reception not suitable for relations with the public. I have been in better 3 star hotels.

Good hotel, well connected, attentive staff, fast and professional, the facilities are renovated, everything very clean and bright, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast buffet is plentiful, similar to the good ones in Spain, the menu was good, in my opinion It is a good point of reference, it is not central but thanks to the Laurentina metro, in twenty minutes, you are in the Colosseum. In my opinion, it is recommended

Easily one of the worst price/quality ratios I've experienced in my life: facilities are old and not particularly clean, single rooms are extremely small (2.5*3 meters) and breakfast is awful.
On top of that, my bathroom lights were broken, asked twice to get new ones and never got them.

Modest hotel with great staff and an excellent buffet at night. Taxi rank next door, Laurentina tube across the road. UPDATE 2018: Since I wrote this the hotel has been fully refurbished and now costs twice as much and is half the value. You cannot eat here at night, and will be blithely directed to a restaurant "800 metres" up the road. The taxi rank has also gone, as the area seems to be being rebuilt. My room was freezing cold and no amount of fiddling with the air-con would fix it. In the end I opened the window: rather the Rome traffic noise than hypothermia. No one comes to Rome to freeze. The one improvement is the WiFi, which frankly I could live without. Before it was a bargain. Now I'd go to Hotel Tre Fontane, Via del Serafico, just up the road.

Very clean hotel, friendly and professional staff who cater to every need. I spent two days as a couple in total relaxation. Covid situation managed very well, the measures kept efficient and not too heavy to support. We had a great time. Impeccable cafeteria and restaurant, breakfast varies from sweet to savory, light but also delicious dishes, we thank Joanna for helping to make our stay so special. And a general thanks to those who manage the room. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Large star hotel Magnificent location. Style. CLASS

Nice and cheap hotel, with abundant breakfast. A little out of the way from the center, but close to the Laurentina station.
The only, but serious negative note is the comfort of the rooms! Super heated with temperatures of 26 degrees and not deactivable or adjustable !! Absurd!!
Personally I slept in my underwear and I was suffering from the heat !!

Good hotel, clean, reception service with some shortcomings, decent restaurant.

I give three stars for the potential of the place. It is the first day of opening it certainly does not pretend that everything is perfect but unfortunately there are many things that are not right. The rooms are still dirty and full of dust the corridors don't talk about it and the elevators are even worse. the toilet brush is also missing. For a 4-star place that has the potential to be at the top, perhaps it was better to wait a few more days and open when everything was clean and in order. Overall, however, the experience of the room and the courtesy of the staff is positive and certainly in a month's time it will be even better.

To be chosen only for the very affordable price in good location and context. On the 6th floor, very dated rooms and poor cleaning.

Excellent location for getting around by public transport, a stone's throw from the metro, beautiful structure. Maybe a little expensive parking. I'll be back.

The reception was awful from the 'warm' welcome to not able to process payment details given to them by my company. They even refused to speak to them over the phone. Not worth money they ask, there will be no next time with the hotel.

I was here in Rome on a sightseeing tour with my wife for four days. The hotel is located just outside the city center, but until midnight very well with the metro and at night by night bus to the terminus Laurentina in about 20 minutes to reach. The decor is decent, the beds great, only the bathroom, which was clean and just as neat, could use a modernization. Everything was clean and absolutely sufficient. Breakfast is also available with cold cuts, cheese, fruit, yogurts, cereals ... for the start of the day top. The staff was always friendly and very helpful. Absolutely recommendable all around. We would check in again on the next trip to Rome.

Not bad. Located in the southern suburbs of Rome, the staff are welcoming, the rooms are clean and the adjoining restaurant is nice, although expensive by Italian standards. Well located, near bus and metro lines, a visit to the historic center of Rome 25 minutes from the hotel. A good price-performance ratio. I recommend.

I was in July 2019. The hotel is pretty good but with vending machines instead of a bar.
It is impossible to be chatting with someone while having a cokteil because there is nowhere ... and there is no clear cokteil either. Also, being located on the road, there are no places near it either ... well, I particularly did not like that detail.

This hotel is really gross and I do not recommend anyone. For me it is a hostel and has nothing to do with a hotel! the showers are dirty.

This Hotel is dirty!

Booking for 2 nights at the price offered by the operator at 150 eu, but after 10 minutes, upon confirmation, denies everything and offers me the same reservation at 190 eu. The congress I was supposed to organize, I will not do in this hotel, for fear that this "convenience offer" could be repeated. Italy with 2 faces!

Excellent Hotel, excellent services, friendly and courteous staff always attentive to the needs of customers. Buffet with international breakfast and always well stocked. I highly recommend it.

Well, the hotel has just been renovated. The rooms are large and refined.

This property has one problem: noise. The rooms are not soundproofed enough and the doors on closing make a big mess. It is hard to sleep at night if you are a light sleeper.

Towels were very smelly and that was not ok with me.
There is no breakfast in the price so you have to pay an extra 5 for it.
I have to say that the breakfast was terrible as it was not fresh at all.
The beds are uncomfortable too and the rooms really need a renovation.

Hotel well located, just steps from the Laurentina underground. Small rooms and limited common areas. Good breakfast and excellent room prices.

Great accommodation, great and equipped room. A little out of the center, but Rome is Rome, with public transport you can get anywhere.
