The hotel is very modern without closets and very functional well cleaning

Very handsome, very clean and very friendly staff, I loved it.

Normal dishes, too much canteen style. Panettone is already a dessert

Courteous staff, fairly clean and comfortable rooms.

Small, noisy room, without air conditioning (I call the reception on the evening of 27/04/20 at 23:00 because they were in the 28th room, asking about the functionality of the air conditioning and a big rude replies by saying that this is not it's my home !!! I tell the property to be ashamed of having an employee like this !!!
To save only the cleaning women, good, polite and honest!

New hotel rooms nice and clean spacious !! Breakfast super! A Little far from the center

We arrive at the hotel at the beginning of the evening and we ask the switchboard operator who welcomes us if there is a private parking lot to park the car, he answers us that no, that there is the street on our right or the parking is free and that their customers are used to parking here. The next morning, we find the windows of the car exploded, all our things stolen. We go back to see him furious and there, casually, he tells us that if there is a parking lot. A few days later, Spanish tourists who arrived at the hotel experienced the same scenario, the switchboard operator telling them that there is no parking and that it is necessary to park in the same street. These tourists experienced the same thing: broken windows, all their belongings looted. A real shame !!!!!! Be very careful in this hotel they are big mythos and accomplices to the big thugs if you don't want to blow your car up and get robbed. We took a look Later, broken glass all over the sidewalks .....

Not the greatest hotel. The room that we had did not have access to the balcony while there was one. The food was most of the time cold and not that tasty. The positive side of this hotel is that it is very close to the metro so you can access the city of Rome very fast.

This hotel is really nice, it's just far from the main landmarks. The big plus though is it's right next to the Laurentina subway which you can get to the Colosseum in 20 mins, Termini Station in 25 mins or the Vatican in 40 mins.

It is a fairly quiet hotel, close to the city and with good service.

Soundproofing the rooms would make this a great place to stay. Rooms are comfortable and nice. Breakfast has a good variety. Fitness is good but could be better.

I liked the hotel for its comfortable rooms, for its location accessible to the subway and buses but I could not have a coffee in the room because I called at 11 at night and no longer attended.

Nice and clean rooms. Lovable staff that welcomes you with a smile. As a hotel, I liked it very much, the restaurant loses a few points (all good and large portions) just because it has chosen a rather touristic menu, to my taste I would have preferred more local products and more traditional recipes

The best what this hotel has to offer is metro station close to it. The rooms are very small, I should even say they are claustrophobic, they are also looking old. The food quality is average.

Excellent experience as rooms and also as breakfast. Small limit in the breakfast: the choice in the salty heat was limited (although the scrambled eggs were really good!). If they had a similar choice at the Sheraton (where even the beds are more comfortable) it would be a step forward. However a very valid choice, I would go back.

The rooms are comfortable although not very spacious in the bathroom. The food is not exactly up to Rome .... Instead we save the breakfast which is varied and plentiful.

The hotel is nice and big, very friendly staff but more suited for groups and located in a rather empty office district, however there is a crossroads market at 3 min and the metro at 5 min.
In the morning, the buffet is perfect, there is everything: coffee, fruit juice, couques, omelette, bacon, fruit salad, yogurt, cereals, toast ...
For the evening buffet, you must love the pasta "al dente", and if you want to go get a beer at the crossroads after 10 pm, no need, it's forbidden

Hotel 7 km. from the center.
Lauren tina subway station 2 minutes away. It takes 30 minutes to get to the colosseum.
The hotel is ancient, in need of a major renovation.
Small room, no air conditioning thermostat.
Small, old bathroom with shower curtain.
The inedible dinner buffet.
I do not recommend this hotel.
A big disappointment.

Superb service and accommodations.
We got to our room to discover that pipe under sink is leaking. They upgraded us to a suit in 5 sec. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Good choices at breakfast. Close to subway. Will book again.

Hotel well located (opposite the metro station). acceptable service, the bed was not really comfortable and the room did not seem quite heated.

Hotel ok! There were two of us and the room was large. We had a double bed plus another small bed, fridge, seif and wardrobe. The bathroom ok, not very clean. Room facilities ok. There are also rooms with dressers and much larger ones. The breakfast was ok. Advice

Its central advantage is the location near a metro station which provides easy access to the city center. The hotel is old and the standard of maintenance and cleanliness is low. Breakfast is reasonable. The noise from the road sounded in the rooms facing him. These days, renovations are also taking place, creating additional noise throughout the day.

Very clean and new hotel in a nice area with Metro B Laurentina stop a few steps away, spacious bathroom with very large shower. Excellent value for money.

Such a lovely hotel. Newly redone. Great location to the subway. Friendly service. Enjoyed my stay in June and am excited to return with another tour group this October.

Nice Hotel, huge family rooms and great restaurant. It's a bit out of the city center, but there is a metro nearby.

It has everything a 4-star hotel must have. Clean, elegant, spacious. The only flaw was the girl who welcomed us, absolutely not up to the hotel. Maybe new or stage.

Next to it is the Laurentina underground station. Hotel quite comfortable although with furnishings that begin to be dated. Good price quality.

The receptionists struggle with basic English despite its name. The hotel is located in an area where there is a lot of police/ambulance vehicles driving past with sirens. Rooms are reasonable sized, however it is expensive for what is given

The guest should be able to choose the temperature in the room. I found the room frozen and moist at the same time.

Completely refurbished. Great event space, fitness center, lounges. internal specifications sometimes a little 'poor; there is not always a field.

Service is good although it's old and far from roma center. I didn't like the area. It's best to save up and go to roma centre.

The positives are the proximity to the metro station (Laurentina) and the restaurant.
For the rest the biggest flaw is the total lack of soundproofing of the rooms; the noises coming from the nearby provincial road disturb a lot. The structure is quite dated.

To visit Rome you can take the hotel for more you can not recommend it.
Small double room with French bed.
Shower and bath only for slim people. Breakfast area as a concourse Only visually beautiful.
Buffett for Italian standards still okay. Connection to public transport optimal but is 20 minutes outside.

A large hotel. There are many people passing through. We met several groups of students.
We had a double room but the beds were small and the bathroom too.
Many cars passed nearby and although they had double windows, you could hear it at night.
The dinners and breakfasts with free buffet and very varied and complete.
Nearby there was a subway line to go downtown.

I only used a meeting room. One bottle of water for 10 people (better not to put it at all!). Bathrooms not on the same floor and distant. The staff were exquisite, on the other hand
