Old hotel but very luxurious. Very welcoming staff (and who speaks French!). Rich breakfast. Very happy with this stay.

Hotel with very pleasant linear and modern furnishings. Comfortable rooms equipped with every comfort. The staff is friendly and helpful. Along the corridors there are very useful vending machines for nocturnal drooping.

Excellent value for money. The bar is not always open and vending machines are not always provided. In August I had no difficulty parking in the neighboring streets. Parking at the hotel is subject to charges.
The staff are courteous and helpful. The rooms are pleasant, well furnished with a touch of design. Our had a very large shower, essentially a triple shower. Overall I value the experience positively and if I were to return to Rome by car I would definitely stop here. Our choice of this hotel was also motivated by the proximity to the metro line.

Nothing to say, very accurate and well-made structure, very affordable prices, warm, bright rooms, complete with all comforts. Discrete buffet breakfast, complete with everything but foods like staples, croissants, etc. They were cold for the rest nothing to say. The structure was complete with Wifi but without repeaters, therefore, the signal (in my room) was very weak, almost absent. In the past, breakfast was included in the price, but now you pay separately but with 5 euros per person.

Although remote, it is very well connected and comfortable rooms. Very nice staff and they help a lot

The hotel is dated but clean and tidy. The value for money is excellent. Very close to the subway (50m) and well served by bus 30. The pizzeria restaurant offers the possibility of a good food or pizza without spending a lot. Friendly and helpful staff.

Far from the center of Rome but well connected by the Metro. Modern hotel with spacious rooms. It has no closet with doors. The restaurant is good

Hotel very well located since not very far from the terminus of the line B of the subway, room in perfect state and staff competent and kind. And for a reasonable price ... for Rome!
Only downside: the choice for breakfast is impressive but it is not very good, everything is industrial.

Excellent position! The hotel is located just a few steps from the Laurentina metro stop. From there, taking the metro B in 15/20 minutes you will arrive in the center. The rooms are nice decorated in a simple and modern style. I did not give 5 stars only because in the morning for two consecutive days I heard a lot of noise made by employees busy cleaning and / or maintaining the floor in the corridor. The breakfast I think can be improved as there are coffee machines and not the coffee made in the bar.
However, I must point out the kindness of the staff in satisfying my request to have a cappuccino with soy milk made at the bar.

PROS: "Laurentina is a good central place, nice attached to the subway" .. @. But the hotel has too small rooms Cons. the waitresses are rude !!!

Excellent place!
Unfortunately, I think I happened to be in an unlucky period for them. Water problems, lack of hot water, water leaks in the bathroom, poorly cleaned rooms, dusty stairwells and dirty elevators. I believe that the works still in progress in the structure bring these inconveniences. Moreover, the staff is very kind, and I am sure, that the next time I go to stay, everything will be in order!

Spectacular hotel, overlooking the sea of my town and a large Andalusian central courtyard like that of my house. Highly recommended for couples and the elderly. The vases are very pretty and the beds have mattresses. Highly recommended for my friend Laura and my friend Fae (Juanma does not want to come) Migueeeeeee points you keen?

We stayed in the Covid period, it was a positive and unique experience! We were pampered with the food and the cleanliness and the reception staff always available. We did not miss the house .... all say !!!! Team lives up to every request. We will meet again because it has become our "nest". Thank you

My evaluation of the hotel is certainly negative. Despite being a 4 star and having the price of a 4 star I stayed in a tiny double room. To go to the bathroom I could hardly pass at the foot of the bed, there was only one chair for two people, the double bed consisted of two single mattresses, the wardrobe (if you can call it that) had no doors and no drawer, the bedside table was missing the socket to charge the mobile phone, the noise of Laurentina's cars is very annoying, the curtains were not perfectly blackout, the courtesy set in the bathroom was minimal and of poor quality (bad soap and shower gel). Add to this that there was a strong bad smell in the room coming from the sewers ....
Finally we could not take the lift to go down from our floor because there were no 4 of us (it was very small) and we preferred not to wait for another one and we went down on foot.
For those looking for a 4 star this is not in the right place. I believe it is a 3 star of medium quality. I don't recommend it.

The rooms are not very nice and spacious as it should be my experience is really bad I'm sorry I thought better, all the rooms have a terrace but many don't have a door to go out, the food so-so the pasta was raw and they never brought the bread even if you requested it 4 times the only decent thing was the buffet breakfast

Rooms a little dated, like the whole structure that suffers from the hanni it has. Overall it is acceptable, but certainly not worthily representing the 4 stars it carries, nor is the price per night justified, except for offers. The attached restaurant deserves a similar speech in which I had dinner at a disproportionate price for an anonymous kitchen, among other things I have trimmed a piece of stringy stew by tenderloin.

Hotel a few steps from the metro Laurentina, I was there for a seminar in one of the well equipped and soundproofed rooms.

I had the misfortune of staying 10 days at this hotel for business reasons. A total discomfort especially in very bad food service, food, personal service .... we are very far from 4 stars. The four stars are acquired not only a renovation, but also for the services they offer, qualified staff, comfort, kindness and courtesy, that all the requirements of this hotel does not have it. Breakfast and dinner with packaged and / or frozen and cooked in too horribly. Staff absent, absent-minded, uneducated, not competent, in short, it is all to be reviewed, but for me and my other colleagues (about 20), who stayed for 10 days, it is a hotel that the Tourist Board that assigned the 4 stars should go to review.

Very close to metro station, Laurentina. It's important if you don't want to drive , wich is my advice Clean, very good breakfast, great staff, and price is OK.

Only serious problem a person at the reception in the evening (kindly rough enough) the rest of the staff is overall good place I would say.
