This location is really bad if you don't want to have to make a trip inside the bank. Their tellers are not connected to the bank which means that you will have to go into the location on the days that their teller annex is closed. I wasn't thrilled with having to go into the location because I wanted to quickly complete a transaction and continue on my way.
Customer service is HORRIBLE been banking with Wells Fargo since 2011 and I have never felt so disrespected! Planning on banking elsewhere since is always a issue with this bank location.
They helped me even though my situation was unique and hard to deal with there kindness was off the charts
Their ATM didnt work when we went. No ATM in the lobby had to drive another 20 minutes to get to another one
This branch is horrible poor customer service and not very helpful!! Sat there waiting for 10 minutes no one greeted me and the manager ignored the customers that were waiting
Asked one of the Bankers who to call at Wells Fargo's Corporate Real Estate because I don't like my bank being inside a building that posts 30.06 & 30.07 signs (preventing licensed conceal carry). She got the building manager, who I told I didn't need to speak to because my issue was as a Wells Fargo customer (their tenant) and I didn't like the fact this PARTICULAR branch prevents legal carry due to the building they're renting space from. While in the Wells Fargo bank by the tellers the building manager asked me to leave the premises (Wells Fargo's space) and not return to the property.
Contacted Wells Fargo Corporate Real Estate and am waiting a response or resolution. Not a happy Wells Fargo customer at the moment because the Bankers let the building management control the question and situation and they stood idly by.
Bankers and tellers really don't know what there doing.
On a normal day their lobby teller service is fine. However, during busy periods information is poorly communicated, wait times are excessive, and service quality falls off horribly. The manager (Eduardo? may be at fault) I've been to lot of Wells Fargo branches, in and out of state. This branch makes my top 5 list....of the least favorable during busy times.
Waited for over an hour and half to see a banker today, this is ridiculous! Managers should be helping the only banker they have available today instead of sitting in their offices! Management needs to look into this. Felt so bad for Jessica being the only banker available. She was super friendly and courteous. I could tell she needed a break as there was a long line of people waiting for her nonstop. She deserves recognition and raise for this. Thank you for your assistance Jessica!
Very poor customer service I had a horrible morning going bank to bank trying to get the help I needed and this one was the cherry on top of all.
The best thing that they close until 5 pm on Saturdays is the only bad thing they don't change very large checks for being a small bank
Extremely rude and irresponsible bankers, poor management, Jessica Castorena my banker was delaying the process intentionally. very rude and bad behavior. Worst banking center ever.
This bank cause me to loose $1000's of dollars in Trucking business ravenue, my story is i open acc with WF in sept wired to that same acc 10's of K. same day from my local bank confirmed with WF that funds are in and available and next month when i needed to buy commercial assets for my company from another business owner who had acc with WF seller wanted me to do the wire transfer from my acc to his acc so that way transaction is fast and clear but when we come to this WF bank to do it WF employee D.C. at this location& his service manager S.P after i provide pin#,DL,and USA offical TWIC CARD they told me that i can't do that transfer because my "Electronic Signature" is missing and i have to come some other day when so called "electronic signature" is in the system but they couldnt tell me exact how many days that could take, so i left that branch and right away call banker that open my acc in WF and ask him is there such thing as misssing electronic signature on my acc that would prevent me from taking the money he said that looking at my acc all my funds are available and if such thing as electronic signature was not correct or missing when i was openning acc system wouldnt let me open the acc...I wish i listen to the Clark Howard when he said beaware doing business with big bank's they will burn you soon or later and it just happen to me.Before it happens again i move my fund's out of WF and never coming back...
