On a normal day their lobby teller service is fine...

On a normal day their lobby teller service is fine. However, during busy periods information is poorly communicated, wait times are excessive, and service quality falls off horribly. The manager (Eduardo? may be at fault) I've been to lot of Wells Fargo branches, in and out of state. This branch makes my top 5 list....of the least favorable during busy times.
