Erie County Clerk's Office Review

1 star, because I cannot give 0 stars.
Attorney Robert Quinn has not responded to my dozen e-mails since January 2nd. He has not responded to my dozen voice mails I have directly to his office phone. Regarding the city of Buffalo Garbage truck hitting my car while I was parked and inside the vehicle. Last response was January 2nd 2018. It is now February 12th with no feedback or response.

I've never had a problem or a complaint with anyone I've dealt with at the County Clerks office.

Terrible these inept people are asinine buffoons who couldn't run a daycare.
I can't even get to talk to one. What a joke!!

I deal with the workers at the Erie County Clerk's Office on a DAILY basis. They are all very pleasant and happy to help all.

If I were able to give this zero starts I would. The NASTIEST group of people I have ever spoken with. They certainly do NOT pride themselves on customer service. I spoke with PATRICIA from the records office after being forwarded to her, because I was told she could help me with information on getting my out of state brother officiated. The minute she picked up the phone she started with snarky little comments that left me disgusted. I was told she had no idea how it worked, and that I was only forwarded to her because the other person didn't want to tell me they didn't know either. ALSO she also said to me "Your brother can marry you a thousand times if he wants and it still won't mean it's legal", and that she didn't know of anyone who could help me. She was VERY RUDE and I feel bad for someone who's life sucks that much that they feel the need to be so miserable to others.

Visited the Records Office in the courthouse basement to get a certified divorce record. The young man that helped me was personable and prompt. I had what I needed and was on my way in less than ten minutes.

Everyone was so helpful when I filed my DBA for Bruce P. Squirrel & Co. It went smoothly. Very efficient office.

Left work early from E. Aurora and finally got downtown to add purchase to my license - staffer says she's closing the office at 4:45pm. What a nice fringe...

Horrible. Extremely rude and disgusting people work at the county clerks office... Homeless people have a better outlook on life than these folks.. These people should all be fired. Nobody is helpful, they all have an attitude and no answers... You get better service from 17 year old McDonalds employees. I'd rather shoot myself in the face several times than to deal with these people ever again.

Great group of folks. Never an issue when I need to renew my various licenses and documents. Professionally run by Mr. Michael Kearns.
