The best customer service ever!!!
These are the people you want and need to do business with...

I'm a manager of an imaging center in Tampa and I have nothing but praise for the staff at Amber Diagnostics. We purchased a rad room and two c-arms from them and they backed the warranty on the equipment to the last day. Their service department is great with providing documentation for the state. I highly recommend them for purchasing or service issues.

Bobby Serros is a salesman and offers some cut rate pricing, but buyer beware, Amber Diagnostics sells equipment that doesn't work, and then is unresponsive with warranty repairs. Liz Osbourne who handles their repairs should be in jail. Would not recommend at any cost, for your business or your patients.

Purchased my refurbished GE CT scanner here. One of the most efficient systems service was incredibly helpful.

Terrible company. They demanded checks before work was done and then ran to the bank to cash them as if they needed the money to pay their people. They don't support their products after warranty and don't return phone calls. They can't keep staff. Buy from any other company than this.

Very pleased how Amber handled our project. We had no idea what type of MRI we needed or the steps it took to ship and install one. Luckily Nathan, their MRI specialist, guided our team in choosing an MRI that fit our needs and budget. He and Liz also made the next steps very clear with excellent communication and took care of the road bumps. Thank you Nathan and Liz! Will be referring Amber to colleagues.

I have purchased equipment from Amber Diagnostics for 11 years now and they have always stood by their warranty and contract. They do an amazing job refurbishing the systems and take the utmost care during delivery and installation. Bobby Serros and his staff go the extra mile for their customers. We need a new part and they act like they are out of business or something. Since it s part of the warranty it s like we don t matter

We recently started providing imaging at one of our urgent cares. Our process was a learning curve and I can't tell you how much I appreciated working with both Cameron and Bobbie. They were understanding and helpful, responded quickly, yet accommodating as we were going through the process to open this service. Their professionalism and customer service was excellent. Our piece of equipment was exactly what we had hoped for.

We are now 2 months down the road and running smoothly.

I am following up to this original post as this group has gone above and beyond. After we had been using the unit for several months we started to experience some power issues. We had a tech look at the unit and the battery became the concern. Amber Diagnostic stood behind their used product and replaced the battery with a new one, and no expense to me.

We were provided delivery and installation that required great care during Covid due to work and travel restrictions. The install was flawless and the team on site could not have been better. I appreciate their efforts to accommodate the last minute adjustments to the layout.

I referred AmberUSA for a client of mine in healthcare, he was happy to find Amber for their MRI needs.

My facility is taking advantage of lower patient volume due to covid restrictions and updating some of our imaging equipment. Nathan Welch has been an amazing help. He and the team at Amber are taking care of our projects flawlessly which include de-installation, site planning, installation, and tech training, a lot of logistics!

My gratitude goes out to Amber Diagnostics for making things simpler during this hectic time.

We purchased 3 portable machines from Amber USA. The staff at Amber worked had for my urgent care centers finding the best machines at an awesome price point. Although the delivery was delayed related to the pandemic, the machines were delivered in a professional manner,set up and installed. My doctor purchased three c-arms from Amber Diagnostics for different locations in Florida. They have all worked very well and service has been great. I even have the service engineers cell number for emergencies.
