We recently started providing imaging at one of our urgent cares. Our process was a learning curve and I can't tell you how much I appreciated working with both Cameron and Bobbie. They were understanding and helpful, responded quickly, yet accommodating as we were going through the process to open this service. Their professionalism and customer service was excellent. Our piece of equipment was exactly what we had hoped for.
We are now 2 months down the road and running smoothly.

I am following up to this original post as this group has gone above and beyond. After we had been using the unit for several months we started to experience some power issues. We had a tech look at the unit and the battery became the concern. Amber Diagnostic stood behind their used product and replaced the battery with a new one, and no expense to me.
