I wish I could give more stars. Beautiful staff, beautiful products, and online ordering has never let me down either.

my name is Liz Macdonald and I live in Albury, yesterday I went into the shop in Belconnen and was impressed with the staff there. They were very friendly and most helpful thank you very much ladies

I went in to the Penrith store today to look for something to help hydrate under my eyes. I have very sensitive skin so most of the skin care I do buy ends up going to friends or in the bin. I spoke with kim who was very understanding of this and had a whole world of lovely knowledge to share with me. Kim didn't pressure me in to buying anything she was more concerned about me finding the right product for my skin type. Instead of being made to buy more skin care and hoping i don't have a reaction and waste more money, Kim gave me samples and even a sample of another product she thought would be beneficial to my skins needs. Thank you Kim for your Amazing customer service :)

I visited on Saturday and I have to say the two girls working that day were the friendliest that I have dealt with in a long time. They were very busy as Christmas shopping has started but still made sure every one was looked after with a smile on their face. They also made some great suggestions and found what I was looking for really quickly. Thanks girls.

I have never had a bad experience with their service or products, not once have I been pressured into buying a product, they notice when you are interested and offer a sample as they want you to see how it reacts with your skin. I will never choose anywhere else for my skin products because the body shop has just made me love my skin and made it fun x

Went in today after a long mor morning Christmas shopping I was approached by the most amazing wonder staffer member. She help me choices the products. The Lin was long but all staff were working hard so happy to wait. Feeling exhausted came and said can I give you a hand massage. She wasn t trying to see me anything she said I can tell your a mum and you should be treated. Thank you so much Bethany you made a stressful trip more enjoyable

i had the best experience here ! the costumer service was amazing and i felt very comfortable, the employee was not pushy and was very relaxed.

I thought I would be able to wear my favourite Body Shop perfume oil forever. I thought I would bring my three daughters in and see which scents they were drawn to. Only to find that the perfume oils have been discontinued, replaced with a smaller and inferior collection. Obviously I am far from a regular customer, but I was in my younger days, and had every intention of passing on the love of your brand to my girls. That won't be happening now.
