Classic and large selection of super service options all in place. Refreshment while waiting for the goods to be delivered plus a great parking place for me

The Czech mini-Amazon. Probably the only online store in the Czech Republic comparable price-wise, stock-wise and service-wise to its bigger international competition. Pleasant customer care and incredible fast delivery times (at least in Prague). Got my computer within 90 minutes and heard about a delivery within 30 minutes after clicking the 'Buy' button.

The first visit lasted 45 minutes and I did not even get to the cash desk. The night out is already in order, the waiting time is about 15 minutes.

It's stupid but has no competition. I am fully satisfied.

I bought an "unpacked" product on Alza.cz. It was a Philips Power Pro vacuum cleaner and the original price was over 6000kc, I paid 4200kc for the "unpacked" product with an annual warranty.
To my luck, I unpacked the box at the store. The vacuum cleaner was incredibly dirty on the surface and inside, full of dust and hair, it had large scratches on it, the Philips inscription was almost completely erased, which suggested a previous long-term use. In addition, the goods were cracked. I would not pay even 100kc for such a product. I really don't understand how a company like Alza.cz can sell something like this at all, and even for 4200 CZK. Unfortunately for me, this was really the last purchase on Alza.cz.

Super service fast delivery of goods fast complaints

I regularly purchased small electronics and PC components here. The undeniable advantage is the speed of delivery, although although it was better, there are still plenty of things to buy directly. (Otherwise, usually until the next day)
Check-in is also very fast, especially when using an application that allows you to initiate remote delivery. (Eg when leaving a tram)
But the problem is with the obstruction of the complaint ...

However, I find the problem that many of the products on display are no longer sold by the e-shop.
Another problem is that you don't even try 3/4 of the product. You simply can't.
The last clove is the local staff. Instead of being able to give advice, you will learn from one flip that you need to find someone from the appropriate department. But how do I probably know when either there is no other in the department or, on the contrary, there are three, while they are all in uniform.

I was contacted that they could not handle the repair within the 30-day complaint period. They offered to send me a new product with a new warranty. Great. He was due to arrive the next day. And now it starts:
- After 3 days, I call that nothing came to the Alzabox, where there's a problem. Apparently there is a problem with the carrier, but now they are just passing it on ... As a satisfaction we will immediately send you 100 CZK.
- After 23 days, I call Alza. I have received a credit note and an invoice, so the complaint is resolved. Hi. Oh yeah, but I miss the replacement goods that should have sent me a trade-in, and of course, I also do not have money.
- After a phone complaint, I received an email with an invoice to receive a credit memo.
- Immediately reply to the complaint email that I still have no goods and no money, so sending their old credit notes does not solve anything, something is missing somewhere, right?
- After 7 days if they do not respond to emails and phone complaints about the services are still useless, I send a complaint directly through the Alzy website.

- After 3 days I receive an infomail that they send goods, waiting for an SMS
- After the next 3 days nothing has arrived again, I am writing an e-mail again and from the habit I ask for increased satisfaction;)
- The next day they apologize that the customer failed to deliver the shipment. To the Alzabox, please! They create a new order again: -D (for the third time)
- So I wait if after months and a half and hours of correspondence something arrives .... and when I spend hours communicating with Alza, I do not waste 5 minutes of time to rate a network trader;)

The place is nice and with a wide selection. More interesting than places like Media Markt. Staff there is not only helpful but also friendly, and knowledgeable! From my experience most, if not all, speak English as well!

Disaster in those winters waiting for the goods to be delivered outside

You can always find everything related to electronics. Now and not only this) very happy hours of work and the possibility of express delivery. Quickly resolve complaints.

One must appreciate the fact that they are really trying to dispense points around Christmas to avoid waiting for the goods to be dispensed for too long. With prices it is always good to compare the price with other shops, but at the branch specifically in Hole ovice it is annoying that the machine for payment is on a completely different side than the dispensing part, and if I buy something I need that day and the only one is to know them personal subscription. I am not tired of going around, I rather go to the park for a walk. And of course there's that annoying, crazy green alien. If she gets rid of him, damn 5 *.

Alza as a supermarket, but the operator behavior has frozen me. I played on the computer, the attendant came rudely and told me in a very angry tone that I should leave. That being a baby does not mean that they will behave like a debil.

I shop regularly. Order, payment and collection via the application on the phone. Pickup usually about 10 minutes. Great!

Access to techzone. Order processing speed ... All 5 stars. Only the girls could be nicer there.

I placed an order to be delivered next day to a pickup box which was free and available - but day later i got notification that it is delayed without any reason - another 4 days later my order got simply cancelled without any reason - after calling customer service they could not tell me any reason why it happened - only offered me to create new order for pick up at one of their branches - so instead having it delivered next day close by i had to queue 45 minutes at a pick up branch and had to pay for parking additionally

I can only recommend to all. Pleasant environment, helpful staff, speed and reliability.

Terrible customer service, ordered a phone on Sunday via their express shipping, estimated delivery on Tue morning. Got a message with exact time on Mon night. On Tue morning, got a message there was an error loading the package onto the vehicle... Ok, mistakes happen... Got a message in the evening with another time on Wed... Guess what, Wed morning, yet another failure to load the package onto the van. So much for express shipping, these guys are a joke, use someone else, I'm sorry I haven't used Amazon, it would have been here faster without the bs.

Alza offers a large inventory and 24 hours a day, but it is often advisable to look elsewhere.

Goods are usually more expensive than elsewhere, incredible queues at picking. Last time I waited an hour and a half for goods that "disappeared on the way from the warehouse to the dispenser".

Always get what I want and need, nice simple ordering and great service.

This is perhaps the worst business, a person orders goods, but when it breaks, the complaint is the biggest problem, the goods are said to be lost, which is complete nonsense, no compensation and they sent us to complain to the website ... It's a lying business, don't buy anything there , never. You will regret it.

This is a huge store with lots of electronics and household appliances. They have a great offer in each product category and you can always discuss different brands and characteristics with a shop assistant. They also sell Apple products. Once you make an order online in advance, the system is quite simple, you come to this shop and go to the machine to get your ticket and then you pick up your order. Purchase process is made really easy, queues go quite fast. They also have very nice coffee shop with snacks.

I was absolutely horrified by the approach when returning the hair straightener I had at home for 12 hours I was told that they could not take it because of hygienic reasons it is not like a toothbrush. I didn't know More

The biggest Alza, there is everything to solve, a lot of products touch. There are a lot of employees who will be happy to advise you. The range is changing here. Own parking lot, toilets, coffee, redbull machine, bitcoinmat etc.
