Loved working with these guys! They listened to what we wanted and weren't afraid to suggest what could be done to make the web page even better. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I have called ma y times Alyka to design a website and after five months time and swveral promises they keem asking more money more than we agreed. So five months of my precious times is wasted and now I have to go for another company to design the website. So very dispointing and these pwople are not professional and it is hard to get my deposit back from them as they refuse to pay. It is bad idea to to ask such a usless company to deaign website.
Never recommend them people answering tje phone is very rude and impolite

A few months ago I was looking to fin SEO company to do my marketing and I called a few company and I booked an appointment with Zion from Alyka. They have promised to bring my website on Google first page within 6 months but they wasted my almost 14 months but nothing happened and none of my keywords was on fist page. I was unhappy and left them but they made a lot of trouble for me to go with someone else and was not giving me my login details and it caused me a huge headache.
So not recommend them.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
Very disappointed with this company.
6 months later and $16,000 on a basic website that will never go live!! We have had enough and pulled the pin and decided to go to Bonfire the #1 agency in Perth who are on another level in every way.

Alyka keep asking for another $4,000 and another $4,000 to make a few small changes which is just ridiculous!! Dan Virgo who was looking after was extremely rude and needs to learn a thing about customer service.

Communication with Alyka is terrible! They are either on Holiday or in a meeting and get back to you 3-5 days later. Everything must be done through email. You simply just can t call for anything.

Dan even had the cheek to tell me that they do government websites for $200,000 which are priority and our website nearly $20,000 is just a small job. No wonder it takes 6 months to get anywhere.

Spoke to the owner and he said just pay the final invoice for another $4,000 clearly doesn t care at all and only money driven.

I have attached a screenshot on the emails so you can t reply saying I am a fake review!!

Tbis people is a lier and not genuine company wasting time and money. It is hard to reach them and people asnswer the phone is erh rude and unprofessional. They ruined my existing website and ranking. I got very disappointed and regret to work with them. So unprofessional and misleading people. Have to go back to my old SEO company which was much better tban this poor qjality peiple.

This guys has disappointed me with his poor quality work. Took them 8 months but website is not finished yet. They don't reply to email and phone very disappoinig . Zion has lied to me he said he will complete the job in 2 months but still not complete after almost 8 months. I regret to ask this guys to design website. I have researched and found that Kenrick is not working. So sad don't recommend them.

Zion and the team at Alyka went out of their way to provide us with great feedback in relation to our Google Ads and how we could improve them. We are already seeing results and it has only been 3 days since we had them review our ads. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Alyka and their team. They are very professional, efficient and the WSBA website is looking absolutely awesome thanks to Alyka.

The quality of work is very poor never do what they promise. The Kentico template they use is a very usless plateform which is not google and SEO friendly.
No other company will be able to make any changes you will always need them to do the changes and they will charge crazy amount which you must pay otherwisw you will be in trouble and are left with a strenge and usless template that no other comany in Perth and even in Australia can fix it.
The other problem you will face is that you have no choice to host anywhere else becuase they use their own licnese and reduce the cost for themselves to $1000 and charge you $12000 or so.
I am sure you will soon go back to wordpress and design a complete new website because Kentico system is useless that is what happened to me. And they will shut down if their bills is not paid on the same day, they will take it down in the next day which you will loose all the ranking.
That is what happened to me and we have now use another company called PWD to design a website andthey are prety good and charge less but are truely professional and are amazingly great on SEO.
Most of these reviews you see is done by the people working there and I know some of them like Kristen Kotaionis and Juliana Yuen. Kristen was my project manager how shameful they write the reviews themself which is a fake reviews this way they cheat the community.

In below reaponse they said they have called me this is a big lie they have never called me and never anawered my one except once which was very unprofessional and threatened language.

So don t recommend this company to anyone and people should avoid of this dodgy company and find the right company that don t go my way and loose times and money.
