WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
Very disappointed with this company.
6 months later and $16,000 on a basic website that will never go live!! We have had enough and pulled the pin and decided to go to Bonfire the #1 agency in Perth who are on another level in every way.

Alyka keep asking for another $4,000 and another $4,000 to make a few small changes which is just ridiculous!! Dan Virgo who was looking after was extremely rude and needs to learn a thing about customer service.

Communication with Alyka is terrible! They are either on Holiday or in a meeting and get back to you 3-5 days later. Everything must be done through email. You simply just can t call for anything.

Dan even had the cheek to tell me that they do government websites for $200,000 which are priority and our website nearly $20,000 is just a small job. No wonder it takes 6 months to get anywhere.

Spoke to the owner and he said just pay the final invoice for another $4,000 clearly doesn t care at all and only money driven.
