Yes, great hotel with a good pool. It was always a pleasure for me to dine there. Excellent waiters with a sense of humor. It is advisable to come by car because tourist attractions are far away. The attractive bar makes up for a lot and is acoustic in such a way that you can easily hear interlocutors.

Very good weekend spent at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Contrary to what has been said: the pool and relaxation area was very pleasant and the pool water was well preheated. Very friendly and attentive team. The place is quiet and very nice view of the forest. Thank you for making this stay so pleasant. See you in the spring.

The building is also hosting parties. For the parties the personal is friendly, but some of the waiters don't communicate in English. It has various spacious rooms to host different events. They care a lot about hygiene, bathrooms are really clean and the rest as well.

The hotel's location is really bad - it has a strange vibe and smell to it. The rooms are clean but are not spacious. The Hotel's staff is okay, although when I asked if I could borrow some detergent for the washing machine, they said they do not have any and you cannot buy any in the hotel, although the washing + drying of your clothes costs 12 euros - really disappointing.

Awesome, well located in Luxembourg. Large parking lot, we always find our place. Restaurant, swimming pool until 9 p.m., bowling ... and very welcoming and helpful staff.

Swimming pool with sauna and dinner are also available. If you go you can still sign in the book as it is called. Very nice for weekend trips and the hotel has a connection to Luxemburg.

We have stayed 3 nights in Parc Hotel Alvisse.
On arrival we were allocated a room. That room had not been completely cleaned yet. The cleaning lady was still preparing the room, so we had to wait.

The main reason I chose this hotel was the outdoor pool. However, this was also accessible to non-hotel guests for an amount of 6, -. Due to the good weather, a lot of use was made of it, so that as a hotel guest you no longer had a decent place. The pool was packed. It was also difficult to find a quiet seat. The public making use of this option is very indecent. You sit between the coolers, in the weed air between the screaming children at the pool. The last bad thing about opening the pool to non-hotel guests is that the parking lot is overcrowded. It is therefore very difficult to park during the day.

The bar in the hotel isn't great either. I had the first experience with changing money. The person in front of me paid for his drinks in cash. When it was my turn, the lady behind the bar told me that she did not have any coins.
The second experience was when I wanted to order Gin Tonic's. After my order, the person behind the bar casually replenished the breakfast stock at 5 pm, with many customers present. However, I never got the drinks.

Another point of criticism of this hotel is that the chambermaids will pass into your room, even if your room was already cleaned. I thought this was strange.

Finally, I would like to say that you really have to pay extra for everything, such as an extra towel. In a 4-star hotel you can - in my opinion - expect such simple requests to be part of the service.

The indoor facilities, on the other hand, are fine. The indoor pool is quiet and there is a steam bath and sauna.

Not the cleanest, no ironing options in the room, ordinary food and inexplicably slow wifi. Seems to cater to business travelers but not suited for it. The twi positive are its price and that at least it is clean.

Booked with a discount. Probably because at the same time there was a big party going on in the room below the room with a lot of noise.
"Wellness" is way too small for such a large hotel. Swimming pool too small, but one sauna for just 8 people, steam bath was broken, there were too few sun loungers.
Fitness was also very poorly equipped.
Breakfast buffet was served on a table that was much too small in a room that was much too small, so you had to sit down for 10 minutes before you could fill your plate once.

Not recommended for a pleasant holiday.

We are a couple up close and stay regularly in hotels, are experienced. We will find the 4 star Suoerior class absolutely not justified. The room (Superiorklasse +) was clean, but more is not to mention. The front desk cool and aloof Neither a little water was still something to welcome. All weak. Now we are sitting at breakfast. The selection is small, the scrambled eggs from the tube and watery. The request for a fresh omelet was not met.
Here we will not stop. And, this hotel is by no means recommended. We have already for less money significantly more performance and quality. See for example Hotel Legere Lux.

Hotel with good rooms but the treatment from the staff did not seem good. We were in a group of 50 people, some were given air-conditioned rooms and others were not. A shower cap was requested because the shower head was stiff and we did not want to wet our hair and we were told there was not. Are there bathrobes, slippers and no shower caps? I dont believe it. I do not know why the groups are treated worse. Ask for a deposit of 70 euros for the minibar if they made us pay when the total amount of the products did not reach 60 euros. Of course my intention is to return to Luxembourg soon, but I already know a hotel to which I do not return.

Nice big bathrom. Just the shower is not the best... fixsed shower. gets most of the batrom whet when you take a shower.

and dont use the parking rigth infront of the entrans if you have normalsised car...

Very good stay in the hotel during a private stay. The hotel is surrounded by greenery and woods. Large free parking very convenient. The room was clean, quiet, recently renovated. Rich breakfast and a nice terrace; only regret, the weather was not good. The employees are welcoming and available. Super indoor pool, with small lounge and fireplace! Not ordinary ;-) No souvenir shop in the hotel.

Few in the neighborhood. Rooms not super clean. No coffee in the room. However, air conditioning and minibar.

Price is reasonable-ish for the space. Positives: large space, nice bathroom. Negative: walkway to room was far, confusing and most restaurants close early

Most, almost everything, the welcome, the room, the cocktails, the delicious meal, the pool area, the breakfast. The least, the very very long wait at the restaurant and the pool a little cool.
Recommend for a romantic getaway, the romantic pack for excellent value for money and lots of little touches.

Nice big room, no plastic shower or funny hangers. TV remote worked poorly; possibly bad batteries. Washbasin in bathroom cracked, and placement of toilet roll holder made it impossible to access while seated on toilet. Airconditioning unit noisy, and open window let in mosquitos (probably cannot blame hotel for this). No tea/coffe in room.

A bit unclear if guests have to pay to use the hotel gym, but anyway rather sparsely furnished. No rowing machine.

Breakfast OK, but coffee disappointing - cappucino comes automatically sweetened, no obvious way to avoid sugar. Scrambled eggs have weird consistency; probably from powder. Hard-boiled and soft-boiled eggs available, though.

The non-discounted rate does not seem to give much value for money.

Excellent modern hotel with lots of facilities including indoor and outdoor pools. In room facilities also good including free WiFi and plenty of tv channels to suit most European languages. Breakfast ok but the same every day and main restaurant a little expensive with limited menu.

No hot water this morning, an air conditioning that works permanently in the rooms (impossible to stop for the entire 4th floor) and a wifi that does not work ("you realize with this number of rooms") ... .
And it's not there first time.

Big but very nice hotel, very friendly staff. Breakfast is very extensive.

The rooms are getting a big + they are nice andere clean. The maids are working hard but are always polite and are always smiling. The food served as dinner is good but expensive. The breakfast is good but there is not much choise. All in all it was a pleasant stay at the hotel and i would come back another time.

Very clean and welcoming, however the pool is very cold

This is a hotel of no other. They charge you 70 Euros just incase you have a drink from the mini bar. Then they check your room before you leave in the morning. They charge you very high prices for food in the restaurant, you ask headwaiter for 2 Bacardi and cokes, he brings you 2 Brandys, you tell him this that it is wrong and he goes mad. And when we came to pay he threw the charge at my Wife. The only good thing about this place was the breakfast. I would never advise any one to go there, they don't like the British.

Summary: Very bad

After a wait of over 45 minutes (you understand there was a table of 6 next door to serve) and the restaurant was not even 1/4 full.

After this long wait, I was surprised by the dish of beef tenderloin with pepper sauce.

Pepper sauce = the worst I have ever tasted (after going around the table to taste this horror): the result is unanimous = inedible.

The meat looked more like a steak with fat (in a fillet?).

The next dish: an entrecote was filled with fat (I've never seen that).

Dishes not seasoned (or badly seasoned).

Impeccable cleanliness, wellness area top, small flat no kettle in room, a lack for a 4 star.

Friendly staff, the room was nice, and they have a nice spa/pool. (I m a bit confused about the dress code for the outdoor pool, however. Nothing was said to us, but we did see full nudity in mid day). It s not very close to the city center so we got a cab (which they have to call for you, and it cost 25 for a 3 mile drive), so we ended up walking back to the hotel from the city center that night and driving the next day. The parking is free and there s a lot of availability. We enjoyed our stay here.

Very beautiful hotel, far from the city, but the breakfast is great, and there is a swimming pool, the hall has super cute elephant statues and frogs! Recommended to go!

Our room is / was not completely finished.
Had 2 more cover plates in the ceiling of the bathroom, or they have never been.
But beware the internet (WIFI) Is really hopeless in the room as well as in the public areas, keeps dropping out and the speed is that of a truck mountain.
Wifi is an example for everything, people want to radiate luxury with cheap means. Very unfortunate because the location is perfect and the building and grounds deserve more

We stayed with 14 people and 8 rooms for our wedding there. When checking in the first discussions if you do not want a smoking room but one degree is free. First, the hotel looks modern and chic. The rooms are nicely decorated at first glance. Looking closer, another picture emerges. In a room, the sink is cracked from the wall and hangs under the joint where dirt accumulates. The bathroom cabinet in another room was swollen. The minibar was dirty in several rooms. The Supergau was in a room, the shower head was so broken that you could only use them at a certain angle and if my husband had not kept this for me, I would not have been able to take a shower. Especially the slightly better rooms on the 5th floor have no air conditioning and are facing the street so you can not even get an eye out at night with the windows open. But in the hallways and in the rooms, the heat builds up in April. The beds are super soft making you constantly roll to the middle and the outside of the mattress is in the air. In addition, the beds always slip apart at night. The spa was on 2 days so cool incl. The water temperature you really did not want to stop there. To the 2 days the sauna was broken. Solarium costs extra. At the reception then no sign of insight. No accommodation. No complaints by phone. On written complaint by email to the management it was only the criticisms were examined and you could not determine this. You can not afford us financially. Despite the high number of guests.
