Alternative Labs is great. They go out of their way to help small businesses succeed. Don't know where I'd be without them!

I wanted to share my experience with Alternative Labs. By all means when we started working together everything seemed well in order and we had a solid plan of action. After the first month I felt they were losing interest in the project as it took them longer to reply. At this point we had a major design issue that had to be changed. Their reaction to this seemed very impatient and they sounded overwhelmed when we had to go back to the drawings board. Again, I believe they have a very competent team of people, but the product development slowed to an almost stand still pace. After repeated emails, they ended up taking weeks to respond and they also developed a sort of condescending attitude towards us. We felt justified asking why they were taking so long and why the communication seemed one sided, but they did not feel the same way. Their true colors shown when we had a meeting and they were so disorganized we had to reschedule at a later date. At this point we realized we were no longer a priority to them. After almost a year of attempting to get this product off the ground with Alternative Labs, we had to call it quits and move on to another company that had the time for our project.
