Super awesome!!! I got this bike for my wife. She is so happy about it! She loves it! People from Citizen bike gave EXTRA gifts! Originally they give you nice socks and 50% discount on the bag to carry bike....by they went beyond it and added super cool usb rechargeable lights to the front and back along with the funny cap with bike s logo! Awesome guys! Turned whole thing into great extended size gift for my wife!) She likes how it rides and how it is light, easy to deal with. Really appreciate all you offer and do in time for I would say low enough price. Because I got feeling that it will serve and last for years and years giving a chance to take it wherever we want! No kidding. Great! Thank you!)
We ve had our Citizen Miami bikes since 2013 and we love them. In 2021 we still use them and are holding up very well. Minimal maintenance is needed and when it s needed they always help me order what I need to do my own maintenance. We live in Michigan and I use mine in all our seasons. If it can survive multiple Michigan winters, the quality is obviously top notch. Keep up all the great work and great customer service !

Fantastic Quality. I am an avid cyclist (mountain bike, road, urban etc) and I was skeptical at first given the low prices but let me tell you... I got the Miami bike and it runs as smooth as a 1k dollar trek bike, trust me. No squeaky gears, or loose parts. Amazing for the price!!

Just bought the Miami bike, decided fold up bikes aren't for me. They have a 30 day return policy. The allowed me to returned the new bike, but it was a struggle. After 2 weeks, they finally allowed me to return. I paid $334, plus a bike bag, I somehow only got $284 back..guess for the shipping. Its fine, but I wouldn't buy from them - the service overall was a hassle.
