I hate this store Great assortment. The service, like almost anywhere, knows perfectly well what it sells. I do not know, I will ask, advise will not come. I always buy something and the goods are super quality and I do not want to destroy myself and there are no reasons for exchange. Ehh, hard life.

I definitely do not recommend it. I bought a vest in the Alpin-Shop, for which I paid immediately. I did not get the vest, and the gentleman from the store told me that they did not get money on the account. When I proved to them that they got the money - because the bank through which I made the transfer contacted their Bank and of course the transfer was made, it turned out that the vest will not get, because they sold it. The money was given to me to honestly describe the situation. So, in short writing - I bought a vest, and they did not send it to me, they just sold it in a stationary store. The first time I met with something like that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I have not bought anything yet, but I can speak. A good seller, or rather a consultant. He does not push, he does not stand over my head when I try on my shoes. Branded equipment, prices are also not low but something for something, in the end it's goods for years. There could be more footwear because the place is. Generally, they positively surprised me.

A narrow assortment and hopeless service. I wanted to buy trekking shoes for PLN 500-600, I learned that shoes at this price "are suitable at most in the Bieszczady Mountains" and I have to spend at least 800. I went out with nothing and I will not return - they brazenly pull customers.

I bought shoes in this store at the beginning of May, I had a trip behind me, it turned out that the seller advised me on the best possible options, the shoes are simply comfortable and after a few hours' wandering my feet are all unwashed, for shoes and woolen socks I paid less than PLN 500! By the way Incredibly patient, kind and knowledgeable gentleman (I forgive my name, please forgive me) he proposed both cheaper and more expensive shoes - only more expensive models did not prevail, which is a plus for me.

Unfortunately, but with complete satisfaction I have to reduce the number of stars. The choice in the store is huge and this is a big plus. The prices are fine too. However, the service is very rude, even insolent. It is a pity, it always seemed to me that tourism connects people. All the more so if the adviser / salesman shows his superiority because he knows his stuff, and this stupid customer disturbs his work by asking questions ... Fortunately, there are several stores with tourist equipment in Warsaw (and certainly with climbing equipment) .

Very well stocked shop, but it has a big minus for me. It is expensive. While doing shopping there, you can get a permanent discount, but after converting the price with a discount are equal or slightly higher than the prices from other stores.

I'm not used to writing reviews about stores I visit, but in this case it must be different! I have not met such a nice and competent service for a long time. I spent 4 hours in the shop !!! choosing a backpack (you know, women's dilemmas :)) and even at the end, going out without a backpack (because I can't buy things in the first store visited; /) I felt the sympathy and understanding of the staff - amazing !!! unheard of these days. Of course, after a few days I came back and bought my back, spending the next 2 hours in the store :). the guys stood up to the challenge and selected a backpack perfect for my figure, and I have 30 days to change my mind;) many thanks for the time devoted to everyone who served me. I strongly encourage everyone to visit the store, especially those who, like me, have a problem with a decision-making center;). They have power! :)

On Saturday I bought shoes in an online store, and today my order was canceled because it turned out that the ONE shoes are not physically in the store / warehouse. The only plus is that I was informed by phone.
