This is my next purchase in 8a, so far I have been very satisfied with the quality and speed of order fulfillment. I am very disappointed now. Alpinsklep, which so far I have often stocked up, was one of my favorite outdoor stores, but after the acquisition by 8a a lot has changed. The situation is of course not the fault of the Alpinsklep store where I only had to pick up online orders.
In one of the two orders placed by me, the ordered jacket was missing, the other was canceled due to the lack of ordered goods. I received the information about the lack of goods 3 days after ordering, without any additional comment or suggestion to change to other products. At the time of ordering, all products were listed as available on the website. I hope that the above situation results from a large number of orders in the pre-Christmas period and will not be repeated in the future. But I don't think I will order at 8a for now.

Professional service, very competent and willing to help with the selection, a very large selection of high-class assortment. Prices are not too low, but for such equipment and clothes with such quality, it is also not excessive. I recommend climbing enthusiasts and trekking enthusiasts. I will definitely come back here. I had the opportunity to meet the owner, who is a great man who loves what he does, which is probably why people with such passion work there. I heartily recommend.

Despite the lack of the ordered goods (order from the online store), the customer service was very positive. Quick contact, alternative proposal and shipment on the day of the order. Full professionalism. I recommend both the online and stationary store (large selection of goods).

I bought a T-shirt from an online store with the option of personal collection. In a stationary store it turned out that the T-shirt had been sold in the meantime. Such a situation.

Very helpful stuff, and a lot of products, even after season. Although they don't have cheap products. They only have the best and most expensive stuff, so only go there if you wish to spend a lot of money.

Professional service, the sellers themselves are actively climbing and thanks to that they can advise well. There is also a stand with steps to test your climbing shoes. The store is large and well equipped. There will even be shoes for a larger leg (I have the size of ordinary shoes 46). Nobody is trying to push specific models or companies for strength, you can calmly watch all of them, protest.

Assortment impressive, very nice service, but the prices are very high. It is known that it is branded things, but here you can leave your property.

Store in a great location - right next to the metro exit. Not too big, but the selection of climbing and hiking equipment is really good. I was buying Ocun shoes - I met with great patience and kind advice from Mr. Tom. Regards and thank you! :)

The store even well stocked but a lot of individual pieces, no full sizes. In addition, the atmosphere of the bazaar, I witnessed a quarrel of such a middle-aged gentleman (probably the owner) and a long-haired employee, such matters should be settled not with customers, very bad.

Alpin-sklep is my favorite shopping place. Sold articles are of the highest quality and serve for many years. The crew knows their stuff, willingly and patiently helping. Recently, I had the pleasure to buy perfect gloves for my needs, i.e. long walks with the dog. I was recommended to them by a lovely Mrs. Ma gosia. Thank you and best regards Agnieszka Rusinek

Negative experience with arrogant staff. Came in looking for technical mountaineering jacket for winter alpine climbing, sales person tried to sell me spring jacket. Buyer beware, AlpinSklep caters to the city crowd, you can find name brands, but do your research before shopping and watch out for ignorant or incompetent staff.

Poor choice, personally I didn't find what I was looking for

Store history - in the shopping pavilion at Pole Mokotowskie on two floors you can equip yourself with all necessary equipment for various travels. Very nice and competent service helps with all problems and doubts

I like the shop as a place more then some advices they gave me. But it's all about who will be a person to help you. Huge amount of stuff, shoes backoacks, hardshells etc. But as always it's good to know a little, and don't spend all your cash on the very first advice you get. Sometimes it's worth to go back to your house, check opinion about stuff and than back ask other salesman and compare.

Also they have free loyality program card.

I approached and asked for help in a specific matter. The service showed me the direction in the store. I approached and directly asked for support in finding and choosing a product - even though the service person was not doing anything specific at the moment - once again just indicated with his hand where to go.
I do not recommend.

I was advised badly about the size of thermoactive underwear. I have no experience, I asked for advice. The seller assessed that it is ok, but after the field test it turns out that it should be smaller and in practice it does not fulfill its function 100%.

I bought a jacket a week ago in this store. Great assortment. I noticed that the zipper in the left pocket is getting cut, I immediately reported it to the seller, he was quite a young boy, but he did not care because he later walked "normally", now the pocket is completely broken, so I greet the seller who ignored the product defect

However, the service probably forgot what it means to customer service. I tried softshells for 30 minutes - even nobody came to me even though 3 people were at the checkout. It was only myself that I had to get to the honorable Member and ask about size, something that was "just what hangs on hangers". Bravo.

Big complaints, in large part because of the manufacturer. However, when the advertised backpack returned unrepaired (Friday), I first heard that it would be dealt with as soon as possible, they would fight for a refund, I would get a discount and we are very sorry. When I called as requested by the seller on Monday, nobody knew anything. On the next phone information that the friend called, but she is not there at the moment. We knew they would call back, they didn't call back. I often had to ask for information myself, and the complaint did not concern 20 zlotys. All the fun lasted from 11.01 to 17.02, I finally got the money back, they forgot about the discount.
