One of the best hotels I have stayed in the rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Had a very nice lobby with accessable bar and snack area. Very clean pool with plenty of space to relax. Will definitely use this hotel again as well as other Aloft hotel location's

Pros: Nice hotel, friendly staff. Very clean besides a dark spot on the pillow case. Good location.

Cons: The bed was hard, and the bed spread was very thin, the water took forever to get warm, and people were yelling and running through the hallways early in the morning.

This hotel is awesome. The staff are wonderful and accommodating. The hotel is in the heart of the southside of Jacksonville. Walking distance to Starbucks, pizza, sushi, gourmet dining, shopping, and much more. What a pleasant experience.

Went to an event here. Very nice looking hotel. Interactions with staff were very friendly. They also have 2 Tesla Destination chargers on site. When I arrived and left though there were non Tesla vehicles in the spots. There was a sign indicating Tesla charger but none that said Tesla only so they might have been able to park there. Would be better if they were Tesla only though.

After a long night on the road and having our reservation accidentally cancelled at another location. Adam, the night manager, came through in a big way for us. He got us a room we desperately needed and was even able to get our kids fed. He went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I. It's extremely hard to find service like this or a person who cares the way he does. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

I used to like this place, but it's really just style over substance. Don't get me wrong, it's a decent hotel with a cosmopolitan feel, but you can find better places forward what you're paying. Rooms are kinda small for the price. Location is good, since it's pretty much in the heart of Jax's prime area for work and play. Service was great too. But like I said, it's the ambiance you're paying for, not the room in this place

I expected Aloft to be similar to a Marriott, but I was disappointed to find it did not meet my expectations. The towels are scratchy, my room smells funny, the mattress has a pad on it that wrinkles during the night, the ports for connecting a computer to the TV don't work, and breakfast is not included. The walls are also quite thin and sound passes easily from room to room and through floors and ceilings. But, the staff has been helpful and pleasant, if unable to resolve my issues.

I have never stayed at Aloft before but have stayed at their other reward hotels, mainly The W, and I was extremely happy with the choice. The rooms are very well designed and set up. The bathroom has a shower and not a tub shower combo which I love even more. The lobby is very nice and the kitchen/snack area is awesome for breakfast. I'll definitely be staying here when I come back into town for business.

I planned a party here in their event space and it was a very difficult process. The Catering Sales Manager, Lauren, was not forthcoming with information. I had to ask questions, follow up, and correct things on my own to make sure things were in place for my event. They charged my card WITHOUT my authorization and unaware to me, and then the Director of Sales tried to enforce a "rule" that IS NOT in their contract or policy. Mario (Director of Sales) was very unprofessional. Run from here for your events/parties!! My experience is just too much too type.

The hotel was great, but the customer service leaves something to be desired. Still trying to get a refund from almost a month ago and just keep getting passed around, very frustrating when nobody wants to help after being on hold for several minutes each time I call.

I like this hotel and have decided to make it my go-to when work brings me back up to Jax. Unique design of the rooms and use of lights. The beds are your typical hotel mattress so I'm so-so on that but they are comfortable. They greet you by name when you show up (I'm guessing your room key dings their computer?) and the little area on the lobby for the drinks and socializing looks like it's laid back and fun. They have a dog food dish and the place is animal friendly. Also, if you are only staying a couple of nights and don't mind reusing your towels, they'll give you a $5 credit to use in their food nook. Can't beat that!
