I believe Heritage Park was built in 1987, they have not ungraded since. I know that part of recovery includes, environment, the place is clean but still a dump. They are keeping all the profits and not reinvesting in the facility. Its oppressive.
This facility is great. My mom had to go here for a short time after she broke her hip and leg (I live out of state). They were extremely helpful through the process of getting her into the facility, they did all of the correspondence with insurance to get her a low rate, and I genuinely felt they were always looking out for the best interest of my mom.
When my mom got to the facility, she said she was very pleased with her stay. Their physical therapy and occupational therapy services made a huge difference in her recovery and she appreciated how all of the staff really cared. Even administrative staff chipped in at the dining hall. They had a variety of entertainment - including professional musicians from Aspen.
My mind was at ease knowing my mom was at Heritage Park. I would recommend them to anyone that needs rehabilitation care.
My grandfather moved into Heritage Park Assisted Living in the fall of 2015. From the time he moved in, he received the most amazing care possible. Celia and the entire staff not only provided for all of his physical needs in a very professional manner, but they became like family to all of us. We know, without a doubt, that the staff at Heritage Park Assissted Living Center made a huge positive impact on our family during the the good and the tough times that my grandfather had. They truly are amazing.
The staff are professional and caring and then they go the extra mile to make everyone feel at home while they are healing.
Excellent facility! Staff very polite and professional while my mom lived there. Celia is excellent at Director of the Residential portion of the unit. Fantastic physical therapy department on site. Shout out to Dale and the crew. Peter Bock

I called to enquire about services. I was told to talk to Sherry and they would leave a message for her to call me. This was days ago.... no call back.
Heritage Park Care Center is a wonderful facility in the Colorado Rockies. Their staff and management goes above and beyond to treat every patient with the individual care and attention their loved ones expect. I highly recommend Heritage Park Care Center!
